I went inside and asked the lady do they have a certain type of chip she then yelled WHAT and I repeated myself she said no and I left another time a lady accused me of stealing a bag of chips and started arguing 10 minutes later she let me leave and rolled her eyes at me

Paid $12.99 for car wash at kiosk. No receipt was given. Wash stopped halfway through, soap all over vehicle. Called manager, was refused to continue my wash Because I had no receipts even with soap all over my vehicle.

Check the expiration on all products. whatever service team they have for products must be asleep. Its not isolated instances they sell long expired products like more than a year old

I like Shell gas, this is one of the spots that I hit when Im passing through on the 10 near Morongo. When theres a lot of traffic both this location and the Chevron get really packed full of cars but when Im passing through I usually stop at Morongo for a bite and then stop here or the Chevron to gas up Never had any issues with pumps or anything

I like the place over all. Its always clean but this is the second time I get a car wash and the air dryer they have at the end of the wash does not work. I think when you pay for a bit more expensive car wash and the dryer doesn't work they should offer either some towels, maybe a free wash or something along those lines to compensate for the failed dryer. Still like the place..

Bathrooms clean and smell nice, hardly any dust that I seen. I was here months ago and it was so dusty in there I always had a scratchy nose when ever coming and going from there. I seen new faces the lory or more girl is very friendly and chirpy. The gent is very chill and calm awesome atmosphere and way my clean then before. Keep up the great work.

I stop here almost every morning commuting to work. I'm a field technician so when I fill up it's usually $100-150 per day as I service Orange County. During the week it's always a great experience, the lady behind the counter is super nice and attentive. However I don't believe I will be stopping again on the weekends though. The lady on the weekends seems to have absolutely no motivation or personality. Last weekend I was waiting at the counter for close to 10 minutes while she was doing other stuff then came over and looked at her phone for a couple minutes before helping me. Today I needed something from inside the store and she was outside doing the trash stuff which I understand, but she saw I was waiting and she stood there for about 5 minutes fixing her shoe instead of trying to finish so she could let me buy something. She seems like she could care less that there is a customer present so I won't be stopping during the weekends anymore.
