Terrible cahiers at gas station. It is like they hired the worst people they could find. Very slow, can't count, and don't even know the basics of their job. 1 or 2 out of the 10+ employees I've encountered are even acceptable.

Only two pumps work long line and you have to pay inside. Owners claims Shell gas gift cards cant be used. This is NOT a legit Shell retailer.

DO NOT GET GAS HERE. Advertised 2.89/gal for gas - make you pay inside and then charge 3.39/gal for CC payment. Quite the upcharge/false advertising when the Mobil is 2.94 across the street.

1 of the worst shell gas stations, owners should be ashamed of this management. Seen the open sign on, Came to full gas and was in a hurry, gas pump wasn't even working, had to go to another. then tried to get my receipt but it wasn't printing. Proceeded to get my receipt from inside but nobody inside. Had to wait 20 minutes for the guy to come to get my receipt. Smh

Went there to put gas try my debit card outside when to enter pin code it would take 1 number only is 4 number. Started again did it again and still didn't work. I went inside and I asked the female cashier to to purchase gas and I told her the key pad outside was not working. She rudely told me the pump was working fine that I didn't know how to use a pump, I believe that I'm at least smart enough to use a gas pump. That I need to use the pump outside because it was fine and would not ring me up inside I went outside knowing that it was not going to work and it didn't. So i.went back inside need to say I was not happy I I asked her for 60 on the pump and she told me she was not going to sell me no gas because I was wrong and that i was stupid that i didn't know how to use the pump. I go by every day and I will never give them another dollar we have 8 truck that use that gas station never again

This place as soon as I entered, there is a strong odor of mice poop and mice pee. I try to get some ships but I heard somethig running through the shelves. Health Department should inspect that place

I'm a quadriplegic, meaning I'm disabled as wheelchair my legs my hands don't work. There's no number at the pump to call and even when you call the number on Google it goes straight to voicemail. I had to flag someone down to help me luckily there was a nice lady that was willing to pump my gas for me.

THESE FOREIGNERS GET OVER HERE TO OVERCHARGE US AND BREAK ALL.THE RULES. 🚩 THIS IS NOT A SHELL STATION 🚩 I went across the street and got my WRAP for a $1 & got gas at the Mobile/7 eleven.

I was genuinely surprised that this Shell station does not have a restroom available for customers. This was my first time fueling at a Shell location without any restrooms on the premises, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, the gas price was extremely high. $3.449 per gallon for regular gas. At my local new Shell gas station in Hollywood, I regularly pay around $2.89 per gallon for the same type of gas!!! That is a significant difference. It is difficult to justify paying such a premium, especially at a station that appears outdated and poorly maintained. Overall, this experience felt like a complete rip-off. I will be avoiding this location in the future and would not recommend it to others.
