Just left the station, doors locked no workers to be found, I waited fifteen minutes before a guy outside panhandling told me the attendant walked to lunch. Infucncreitable!

This shell location is OK, however, I would not recommend going here late at night. They lock the station and there are always shady people roaming the area.

Their carwash doesn't work properly with 'the works' option! It doesn't brush your wheels and they won't fix it yet!

Very sketchy and scary at night. Lots of homeless begging there and drug dealers. Day time feels alot better, but the staff is terrible. Also watch out for potholes

I don't know if it's because I'm white or Merlande (sp?) is just that bad at customer service. Went in to buy a soda and the cashier, Merlande?, proceeded to walk around the store.. push buttons on the microwave.. everything but ring me up. Ended up having to put the soda back and leave. No it wasn't busy, yes she knew I was there.

The employees/owners here are nothing but lazy pigs. For them to allow a bathroom to be so DISGUSTING for their customers is shameful. Definately go somewhere else. I'll be putting in a call to the health department.

Yesterday may 28th overnight gentleman , was unrespectful to me , I was trying to buy some chips and he had treat me like I don't deserve to buy anything , that sorry face gentleman was playing with me , ignoring my needs to buy my chips . He probably thought I'm junkie , I'm gonna record next time , because he think that he can choose a costumer , selling to one and ignoring another( oneme) who was just humble. I will record this gentleman because persons like he , can't do any costumer service , I miss 45 minutes yesterday waiting on himself , I was watching his eyes and he hides his eyes because he know , I not gonna let it be.

Went in to this gas station today at 925pm to buy a lotto ticket and lighter and was told “he was closed” and refused to sell me anything. The person before us was served no problem… not sure why ??

WATCH OUT!!! in this gas station they are going to ROB YOU!!!! I put fuel in my motorcycle, only 3.5 gal. $12.00 and they charged my credit card $200.00. Do not go to this gas station because you will surely get ripped off

Attendants were extremely rude to customers tonight. They took long doing the shift change drawer count and gave several of us attitude when asked how much longer while we were outside in the whipping wind. And there's no accountability because when you dial the number on the sign that says "call if you do not receive timely service (obviously this has been a problem before) it rings there in the store where the attendants pick up. There's a BP/chevron just a feet down the street. If you don't want to get sassed or ignored while you stand out in inclement weather 10:15p at night, just go there.

I put my Shell Fuel Rewards card in for $.05/gal, then put my DEBIT card in and entered my PIN # and pumped $20.00. I requested a receipt and clicked "yes" but no receipt every came out. Now, Shell has held $95.00 against my bank account when: 1. amount can't even fit into my gas tank; 2. I selected DEBIT NOT CREDIT; 3. I entered my Pin # and pumped $20.00. There should have never been an amount held against my bank account for debit and especially not for more than what I pumped. Lastly, now I have nothing to prove because the machine never produced a receipt which is why people choose to pump outside to avoid leaving children unattended and going inside. How hard is it to replace paper in less than 10 pumps at a gas station when it is open 24 hours?!!! Now, I have to wait for my bank to reimburse me $34.00 Courtesy Pay Fee that should have never been assessed from my bank account due to SHELL'S ERROR!

Their pumps are not well calibrated, my gas tank is 16 gal is a rogue 2013 and the totally over charged me (more than double) and they argue that I pumped 22.54 gal. ??? Do not trust their business practices! Check your back account and print your receipt! I cannot dispute because I remember well the pump was not able to print receipts!

DO NOT GO TO THIS STATION. You will 100% be ripped off. Every pump has a skimmer in it and this is the 4th time I’ve been scammed within 8 months. I’ve had to cut down to 1 gas station for the past couple of months so I know for a fact this is the one that has the skimmers. Just this past month I’ve gotten scammed twice. The pumps don’t have receipt paper in them either and nobody maintains the window cleaners or paper towels. This place is disgusting. Unfortunately it’s located directly behind my apartment so it was very convenient for me to use. Now I must change it to the one near my job.

I have to admit that as gas stations go, this one is convenient to my home and it is kept well. The manager and the majority of the staff are friendly and helpful. Waning: Do NOT go there past say, 12 midnight. They are near the turnpike and they have been robberies there. Overall, hell it’s a nice gas station and the friendliness of the staff and the convenience to my home makes me a regular there!!

Hire someone without an attitude how you call the police on a customer then threaten to have them trespassing because you cut the pump for no reason?? All because you’re on the phone with an attitude .3 cents is what I pumped then she cut the pump off told me got to a different store poor customer service

This gas station is the closest to me, but I prefer to go to another one because of the terrible staff they have. If they don't want to work, they should stay home.

This gas station does not appear to be profitable (or something) because there is never a line and the equipment always has an issue, and I mean always. I believe people are abandoning going to this gas station even though the prices are low because there is always some level of frustration to get gas. I hope this review helps the owner in some way to better understand the customer experience side. Best,
