Really wanted to upsell me on their fancy wax packages. They weren't pushy. In fact, I was flattered that they thought I could afford such an expense for my jalopy. Workers were friendly and quick and worth their weight in gold.

Wish I would have read the reviews. I have a Toyota Rav 4. Missing 2 rear car mats. There’s a white carpet stain where they were located. They left the rear car mats out. Tow hook eyelet covers are missing in front bumper. That cost is $25.00 per cover. I was told I'd be charged $200.00 for interior cleaning and my credit card bill now says it's $299.99. Have to go back here a third time to dispute something. Very bad experience! It’s a money hustle.

I have not had my car washed there but the employee Louis saved me when he fixed my flat tire on his own time after the car wash closed on Friday night before Christmas. He went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed and I was safe. Thank you Louis, you were my Christmas miracle.

Cleaned the car out at home before I came to make it easy for them to get the center console and door pockets ect. I paid for the “works” wash. Unfortunately they did a poor job cleaning the interior. Looks like I’ll be cleaning it myself anyway. Outside is fine but I can get that done for much less lots of other places

The staff is lovely and kind-hearted. Otilio and Fidel dialed in our 'Black Beauty' 2018 Mustang Convertible. We ordered the whole works, hand wash, and clay wax, reconditioned the leather seats, and vapor cleaned the mats. We highly recommend that so you don't get the wet mat oder, detailed the black rims, and tire dressing. 'Black Beauty' is ready to race the streets again until our next Shineology pit stop. They need to hire more cleaning staff!!! My 2023 black metallic paint car sat in the sun in the drying/detail area for at least 10-15 minutes before 1 person touched it- and that person rubbed the hood a couple of times and then wandered off. Another 5 minutes passed before a different person came back opened the driver door wiped the jamb and then opened the trunk to dry the inside edges. Finally 3 people were working on the car and finished it- drove it to the delivery area- It was covered in dried water spots!! The roof was not completely cleaned at the center. The " Deluxe "wash" cost me $51.07 and was not worth it. It takes forever there because there is not enough staff- except for the very polite and programmed Greeters who are trained to sell you the high price wax and detail. I will wash it myself from now on.

Marin cars shine with Shineology! Actually, I should say SF to Santa Rosa maybe more, who drives along Redwood Highway 101 benefits from these guys; get their cars cleaned and shined! This place is the worst. Constantly trying to upsell on washes when it’s completely not worth the value. I had my car smogged at one of their locations, as part of the smog they gave me a coupon for $31.99 free wash. When I went to use it they asked if I wanted to pay the difference to have the inside done? Are you kidding? I asked what the difference was and they said 34.99! Literally wanted me to pay for the car wash even though they gave me a “free” wash. What a joke.

They did a great job and it was fast. I got the basic $21.99 wash. They are efficient and I felt a $5 tip was appropriate for how hard they all work. Gas is cheaper if you buy a car wash so effectively it was cheaper than $21.99

Got a car wash without chips on my hood came out like this. Very angry they banned me from the property when I tried to get money for the paint. I’m only 18 and wasn’t being hostile. The big scratch is 5 inches across

Edit: what I thought was water stains on my rear panel window is actually an 8" scratch. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. Chose the Works Plus wash. Pretty underwhelming. Was in and out within 30 minutes. There was still water on the car and mirrors, leaving streaks down the body of my vehicle. As well, I pointed out adhesive on the window from a sales sticker and it was left on the window. On the plus side my interior was relatively clean and smelled nice, and large dirt and dust had been removed. For $75 I don't know what I was expecting, but it was better than this.

Came here to see if they could get the sap stains off my GTI. I appreciate that the guy helping me tried first before to see if it's possible. Unfortunately he wasn't able to remove it, but he did make a good suggestion regarding my leather seats which were indeed dry. Despite just paying for the leather seat reconditioning they also washed the exterior and cleaned the interior including my rubber mats. Second time here and second time being pleased with their service.

Had them do a full interior and exterior detail of my vehicle that included steam cleaning the interior carpet/mats, leather dressing, exterior polish/wax & headlight restoration today. Definitely not what I'd call a bargain, but the results were excellent! A 20yr old Mercedes looks absolutely brand new, inside and out - interior seams & crevices are clean, stains & dirt are completely gone from the carpets and mats, exterior plastics and glass are all perfectly clean and shiny. My car is pristine, shiny and spotless. Am completely satisfied with the results!

$60 later there’s still bird droppings and grime all over my car. They really tried to upgrade my wash too, Lol. No working phone or email to complain. Their other location gave me the “manager’s number” to contact, which ended up being a random guy’s number in Mexico. A mess.

Please avoid at all costs. After years of hard work and disciplined spending I bought my dream vehicle. With less than 2,000 miles I decided to get a quick wash at Shineology. After the wipe/dry portion of the service I noticed a scratch on the windshield about 3 inches long right in front of the drives seat. Rather than make a fuss in that moment I figured it would buff out. A few days later I went to Matt & Jeffs in Novato for a Ceramic coating, during which they investigated the scratch and confirmed it could not be fixed. I tried calling Shineology and was unable to speak with a manager nor would they give me an email address to contact the appropriate party (none listed on the website). So if you want an overpriced car wash with a side of windshield scratches, this is the place.

Horrible place to wash your car! I wish I could give them a zero. Every time I take my car there, they give me a different and higher price. I guess they look at you and if they feel you can pay more, they come up with a higher price. Today, I asked to talk to the manager after a high fee. The manager came and gave me even a higher fee than what I got initially!!!! He was also very rude and didn’t want to answer my question in regard to price issue. I’m not taking my car there anymore.

I paid $79 for this car wash, expecting quality service, especially since they regularly handle high-end vehicles. Unfortunately, the job was extremely poor. There were visible spots on my car that weren’t even washed, and the interior was not wiped down properly at all. For that price, this level of care is unacceptable. Very disappointing and not worth the money.
