When I called the operator quoted me a price for repair THANK GOODNESS I checked my email and saw it was a $154 charge for simply diagnosting what I told them was wrong with the car. I ensured the charge was for REPAIR AND PARTS the operator told me yes and the work would be warranteed. How do you warranty a diagnostic? I cancelled my appointment in the alloted time through email voice message and through the repairmen himself well the repairman still showed up and tried to charge me. I froze my account well before this occured. This is a scam. Once you get an appointment every operator is busy forever. Dont get scammed. Notice all the reviews are from people with a few or 1 review? My guess is employees or paid reviews

They don’t do a good pre purchase inspection the guy shows up 5 hours late and all he does is scan for the Same code I already told him the car has for FOR $175 these guys are a joke The guy did an inspection on I take it to pep boys they say $2000+ worth of work to be done

My heater hose burst and I hired a mechanic through them. He was a nice guy and went the extra mile to do the work. But the quality of the work was shoddy and the hose burst again. He said he'll come and fix his initial mistake (literally an extension to the first job he did). Fast forward a week with no driving (because I switched to a rental), my car is still leaking coolant because of wrong parts/bad job and I need to get it fixed again. Called this company so they can come fix it or at least issue me a partial refund and they are just blowing me off and ignoring me. This is some BS since there's clearly lack of communication between the mechanic and the company, but I'm having to bear the entire brunt of this nonsense. Quality of mechanics/work is bad and customer service is even worse - do not consider this service and just go into a proper auto shop that actually values their customers.

Best mobile mechanic service ive ever experienced, had an issue with my 2013 ford taurus took it to 2 shops could not figure it out what's the problem with my electrical components in my car. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THIS IS A CON JOB SHOP. I wasted $240 working with them. Had them replace a serpentine belt that broke. Had to have the job re-done 2 days later by a real mechanic. They wouldn't refund me the money. They even admitted their mechanic didn't do good work, that they fired him after I complained, explaining the experienced mechanic I got to redo the job said it was obvious the tensioner caused the serpentine belt to break, and that the tensioner also needed to be replaced. The phone operator is also unprofessional; refused to take a call, only would talk via texts. And he gave me a lot of double talk when I confronted him about the work they did. GET SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE WORK.
