My mechanic recommended me to go to Pro Speed for auto body paint repair. Without second thought, I called for Dot. He was very professional and friendly. Then Wing called to follow up with the repair order, offering advice and service to make sure I’m properly hooked up with Enterprise (paid for by other party’s insurance). The day I drove into their shop, I was greeted with courtesy and the warmest welcome. The best part was talking to their tech Jian. He recognized right away my 1987 car has become a rare species of its kind. I had a blast talking to him! You can tell he doesn’t just do his job. He LOVES his job and takes pride in it. Right off the bat I know my car will be in good hands. Picking up the car was a breeze. They went out of their way to accommodate my work schedule. All I need to do was to drop off the rental car at their shop and they would take care of the rest. Jian did a meticulous job on the car. He even did extra like door hinges, exposed wirings, and alarmed me any safety issues the he came across. He really cares. It takes a great team and leadership to succeed. The moment I set foot in their shop, I can see harmony and laughters fill the place. Happy employees make the business prosper. Dot must be doing a great job. Go there. You won’t regret it.

My Lexus recently got hit twice this year. One was back in January and the other one was in April. Thanks the owner Dot who helped me take good care of my car. It was fixed perfectly like original. I like the way they do business which is simple and fast. I just need to drive in my car and they take care of the rest and then call me when the car is ready for pickup. They know what I need - nothing to worry about.

The things that set Pro Speed apart from others are : 1.the trust they earn from me. I can drop off my car and feel confident that they will help me to deal with insurance, and fix my car 2. Wing is such a good person to work with. He listens to me, and was very patient and knowledgeable. 3. I left my car there dirty, and picked up my car clean inside out. I honestly think I can't vacuum better than this. A lot of time people can't trust their shop. This is not that kind of shop. I will recommend people and definitely come back when I need their help.

The gentleman working late at night in the shop was extremely kind. My old Honda started overheating getting onto the bridge right near this location. I pulled off onto the shoulder to let it cool. No nearby gas stations or stores had coolant for sale. The garage door to the shop was open, so I asked for coolant. He gave me a bottle and then offered a hand towel just in case. Thank you, good sir. I made it home safe.

Stellar experience from start to finish. They worked with my insurance for a hit and run damage claim. Initial estimate took a few minutes and an appointment was scheduled 2 days later. They replaced a fender and side mirror. Insurance wanted to only pay for recycled parts, I wanted OEM. Pro Speed wrote a new estimate and got insurance to play ball with no issues at all. They rushed to finish the work and even secured a possible rental car at a nominal fee. In the end I didn't even need the rental because my car was done so soon. Awesome job on the body work and a great experience. Highly recommend!

I crashed the trim at the bottom of my brand new car that is less than one week old. I took it to the shop on a Saturday without realizing that the shop does not open. Dot did me a favor by providing estimates and consultation anyway and even provided a temporary fix while waiting for the new parts to come. His temporary fix looks so good that at a glance, others would not notice the damage. When the new part came, he and his team helped prioritize the fix because I needed the car back the same day. Despite all these requests, his pricing is very good and fair. I am so glad that I meet Dot and will be going back if I have any future body works for my car. He is very professional and efficient. I feel the ease of mind to leave my car with his shop.
