I have been going to Cesar Chavez Service Center for the past couple of years. I have a 2006 Acura TSX that needs regular maintenance along with some other "older car problems". From the moment I met Aldo, I trusted him and the work that he does. It is very convenient to use this shop. You can drop your car the night before and they contact you in the morning with information. Aldo always takes extra time explaining the work that is being done and is committed to finding parts and making it happen! Me and my lady friend have been taking our vehicles to Cesar Chavez Auto for a couple years now. Djohariah has recently acquired a 2014 Ford Focus. The vehicle had a good amount of things that needed to be repaired. Things such as Breaks and Break master cylinder. Many other things, hard to remember them all. The staff there are very professional and kind. They gave us all of our options and let us decide what was best for us. The Ford is like brand new now.

Didn't voluntarily go here, but I was changing my caliper pin in the parking lot before they opened. My jack failed and I was stranded with my car on the ground. After asking autozone and a few people at the gas station next to it, no one was willing to lend me a jack so I waited till they opened. No big deal, I was 10 ft away from the garage door, just needed my car jacked up long enough to pop my tire back on. They opened up and I asked if they could roll out a jack real quick to help me out. I'm assuming it was the owner or management, but a loud, dismissive white man said 'sure, I'll help you out... for $25.' Then he walked away saying 'Let me know if you want it.' I really had no choice. I'd been stranded for close to an hour at that point. So they got my money for 60 sec of labor (if you can call it that). If that's how they treat strangers in need, I can't imagine how they run their actual business.

Don’t go here. Took my car here for a diagnosis and told them that it’s making a loud sound and it’s probably because of the wheel bearings. They charged me close to $200 for a diagnosis and told me that it’s the transmission that needs to be replaced and definitely not the wheel bearings. They asked me to wait a couple weeks so they can find a suitable replacement for the transmission. After not hearing back from them for a couple weeks, I took the car to a transmission shop (Automatic Transmission Center) who did a free diagnosis and told me that the transmission is totally fine and it was a wheel bearing issue after all. Wasted my time and money with these guys. Avoid them.

This place was a total rip off! They sold me a car for $2500.00. Within five minutes of leaving the check engine light came on. Me, my partner and my three month old baby went back... He reset it and said it was fine. The car overheated again. He charges me 278$ for a battery, 175 for coolant flush, 480 for a new fan and the light still came on. Now its an 02 sensor- this is too much! Shame on these people!

Brought my van here while back and was charged $175 for a diagnostic. Do yourself a favor and either 1) pull OBD codes with a free scanner from autozone (right next door), or go to B&W (1 block away) who will do the diagnositc and recommend the work that needs to be done for free.

I came here to get 4 set of tires that goes with my brand new aftermarket rims. I don't know if I had some rookie technician assigned or what, but the tires were installed undersized (205 instead of 225). They obviously messed up my size, but they denied my complaints and claimed that these 'brand new' tires had no warranties on them, so I had to go back and pay for the service again - costing me almost $1000 for a set of very average brand 16" tires installed. This is after the fact they have taken back my mis-sized tires, which was also still brand new pretty much. If you want to shop with confidence, do not go here, they will not take care of you.
