Will and his team are great! Reliable and stand behind their work. I had rear quarter panel damage on my Subaru and they did a great job with paint color match and body work. Can’t rate this place highly enough, brought my Land Rover in after a minor accident that left the paint and tow-hook cover on the front bumper in bad shape, and Romeo (the manager) gave me a really fair price for the repairs. I brought the car in around 4:30 PM and they called me the next morning saying that the car was ready for pick-up by 11:30 AM. I swung by to pick it up and was really impressed by the quality of the work (the front bumper paint looked brand new), and they went the extra mile by washing the car which we didn’t expect. The shop is on a street that gets a little busy and you have to back out, and without asking one of the guys working helped control traffic during a busy time of day so that I could back out safely. Not only did I get a really fair price for repairs but the service and communication were stellar. Hopefully won’t be back anytime soon, but would strongly recommend this auto body shop.

Wow! Will's did amazing work on my Toyota Yaris. It was a relief how easy they were to work with. From the initial consultation to ordering and fully replacing the bumper, it only took nine days. The quote was also significantly more affordable than a similar spot on Divis. Plus, they washed the car and vacuumed the inside to boot. Staff was so friendly - I would be glad to return to Will's!

Will's Auto Body Shop is definitely the place to get your vehicle taken care of. I opted to decline the recommended bodyshop that my insurance referred me to, because the last time I did that they did not color match the bumper to the rest of the car. At Will's not only did they take care of all the dents that I brought my car in for, but they also color matched all the panels next to the door flawlessly! The color match is perfect. My car looks like it just came off the dealership's floor room. I would definitely recommend Will's Auto Body to everyone. Romeo, the office manager, has exceptional customer service and made the whole process easy. I'm 100% satisfied!

I have used them for a few small repairs. Their prices were competitive, and the quality was good. The last repair was a lower lip on my car that was cracked (thanks SF streets), they repaired it painted it to a perfect match (which isn't easy) for a good price. I am happy, and will continue to use this shop for any bodyshop/painting needs

First I want to say I choose this shop for a paint repair because of all the positive reviews and I want to say they did not disappoint me. They lived up to all the great reviews and then some. I use to live in SF and now live near San Leandro and was glad I drove the 20 mi. to get the work done there. Not only is their work impeccable, but Bobby and Romeo were some of the most friendly, professional staff I had come across in a long time. They understood when I had to reschedule due to an unprecedented heatwave but they even worked with me for an initial approximate estimate saving me a trip just for viewing by submitting photos. Romeo even repaired a few dings that was not included in the estimate to make the job look perfect. Even as busy as they are Romeo took the time necessary on the phone to discuss my repair and all the confusion I was having with my insurance company. In this day and age I don’t find many places that I really feel go out of their way to make sure the job and complete experience is a positive one like they did. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR ANY BODY WORK YOU NEED.

Will's Auto Body Shop is the best auto shop I have ever been to. As an owner of a handful of cars over the past 30 years, I have had many experiences at auto body shops. Will's Auto Body Shop does the BEST WORK, for the BEST PRICE, and they are SUPER FRIENDLY and HONEST. Most recently, I worked with Romeo, who is very easy going, super knowledgeable, and ethical! Finding ethical folks can be hard, but not at Will's! Today, I just picked up my Mercedes-Benz after I was rear-ended on 101 and needed my bumper repaired. They did an impeccable job repairing NOT JUST the damage they charged me for, but they went ABOVE AND BEYOND, fixing up a few other dings and scratches that they found while they had the car. They matched paint precisely, fixed the damage, and made the car look brand new. Furthermore, the job was more complicated than they initially thought it would be, but guess what? They didn't call me to gouge me for more money; instead, they just fixed it and were super chill about it. All this to say, I am a customer here FOR LIFE. And if you need auto body work, YOU SHOULD BE TOO! I am just absolutely thrilled with the quality and care shown by this business and EVERY employee there.

This business knows the meaning of true customer service. Romeo helped me install a front plate bracket for my license plate in less than five minutes, and was overall so friendly and welcoming that I will definitely be coming back as a customer in the future. I went in with a broken bumper and a broken rear tail light and a nice little scratch on the side of my truck and not only did they do a great job, but they figured out a way to help me save money. Not to mention that a very nice man I forget his name drove to my house and picked up a part from me that was going to save me $300. Highly recommend Will’s auto body shop. This past month was a rough one. I got my roof racks pried off and then a week later, I was sideswiped. I was left with 3 sizable dents on the driver’s side and feeling really down about the way my car looked. I called a bunch of auto body shops around the Richmond area and Will’s shop happened to be the first. Romeo quoted my car quickly and thoroughly, emphasizing on what was necessary. He was kind, personable, and walked me through the process. After getting multiple quotes and taking the time to mull it all over, I decided to go forward with Will’s due to a great first impression and reasonable price point. All I can say is: I’m so glad I did! I took my car in yesterday morning around 10AM and was greeted by more welcoming faces—Romeo and Martin, ya’ll are the absolute best. I’ve never felt so at home at an auto body shop, especially considering how misogynistic other places can be. Less than 24 hours my car is looking brand new!! Thank you so much Romeo, Martin, and all of the other hardworking people that helped make my car something to be proud of again. I appreciate you all!
