I used this body shop for fender bender repairs to my rear bumper. My insurance was charged over 6000 and was promised a swift good job but had to wait about 10 days without a car. I was promised touch ups and a clean job but unfortunately the bumper is in no way straight or even and jets out on one side. I cannot recommend anyone to use this body shop and will never use it again myself. -Arkady Pletman

I went here after I was hit by a crazy driver changing lanes. I was referred to this place by my brother-in-law. I made one call - that was it! Aaron took over EVERYTHING. Insurance calls, appointments, repairs, parts, painting, restoration, rental car, the works! I drove my car in and Aaron explained everything he would do, was upfront with rates, and was a complete professional at all times. When I left, my bill was the exact amount he said it would be plus he threw in a couple of extra repairs AT NO CHARGE! Aaron replaced my fender, a few other parts, and painted it to perfection. Good as new! Working with Aaron was an easy and pleasant experience. He even went as far as checking my for other issues caused by the accident that were invisible to the untrained eye. From the outside, the accident seemed to reveal a big dent. That was it. However, Aaron discovered that the impact of the hit cause some interior damage to certain parts (i.e. the part that was holding up my headlights). He wasted no time in contacting the insurance company and getting it fixed. Aaron also kept communication lines open and was always on time. I never heard excuses - all I saw were results. I hope I will never get into an accident again but if I did, Aaron is the one to trust.

The person who helped me at this place was so kind! A portion of my bumper was sticking out a bit and he used a tool to get it back in, in like 2 minutes. And he did it for free! The other repair shop I went to said it’d cost almost $1400 to have this repaired. Highly recommend this body shop!!

I came into Stan Carlson Auto Body with a smashed front left fender on my Subaru Impreza. They replaced the fender and painted it to perfection. Good as new! QUALITY WORK, SUPERIOR SERVICE. For those infrequent but stressful occasions that you need an auto body shop, this place will take care of you. This is a multi generation family affair that has been around for more than half a century. They know their work, and it shows. The level of service here is unbelievable. When Toyota sent them the wrong, OEM part, they provided a loaner car. Their bids are hard to beat. They keep you informed. And the work was on time and flawless. Working with these guuys is like a Time Machine into the past, where businesses had A name that said what they did, and who ran the place, the owners and employees really cared about their reputation within the community, and they had a pride and passion about their work.

The team at Stan Carlsen's Body Shop are incredible. I've brought two different cars here and have had two incredible experiences. The first time, I had a misaligned door. The team at Stan Carlsen spent 30 minutes helping me realign it and didn't charge me anything! More recently, I had an accident and brought my car in. My insurance company dragged its feet, wanted to total the car, and wasn't transparent about their process. Aaron and the Stan Carlsen team advocated for me, worked on my car incredibly quickly, and worked with Progressive on my behalf. Incredibly upstanding, honest, and efficient team. I won't hesitate to bring my car to them again!
