Love this store. I've used so many of their services. Usps/UPS drop off for prepaids, notary service, UPS shipping, usps stamps, etc etc etc. Stellar customer service every time!!

Prior to heading to the store, I called and asked if they do fingerprints. The answer I got was yes. I arrived at the store and the gentleman tells me that I need to have an appointment prior to getting the fingerprints done —that was never mentioned on the phone and I wasted my time driving over there, as I tried to schedule the appointment, the gentleman is was not knowledgeable on a service that their company is offering. I called back the next day to try to get more information and he still has no clue how to help me. This was a waste of my time and gas.

Great location, great owners, great services. They are much nicer, and more convenient, than going to the post office or other shipping service. I'm happy the new owners kept up the customer service that the previous owners had. Not an easy task to accomplish!

But even more, the staff at this location at the Pack & Ship on Belcher in Clearwater are just awesome. They are very friendly and helpful. They even remembered me after the first visit. Highly recommend for any packing and shipping needs.
