I can’t even leave one star after ending up with my car broken down out of town at night with my children in it. I stopped at this shop a day before my trip and asked them to check my car , they refused to help me after disrespecting me and hanging up the phone on my face. Their reasons are: ” I asked for details on what work was done on my car to figure out what I can afford and what not, I tried to go somewhere more affordable for some other things, they got mad at me”. Their other reason is: “ we helped you and didn’t charge you for some of the repairs on your car”. Well even if you do help someone, you don’t rub it in their face and tell them” I helped you and I don’t wanna loose money, I don’t wanna work on your car, oh and you didn’t pay me cash… I did say I can’t afford lots of repairs on my car and I’m trying to fix what’s urgent first , BUT I NEVER asked for free stuff. I pay for my things Bobby. Thank you for the terrible behavior from TJ and for the 10 pm broken down car!
