Don't with a capital D I would never ever take my car to this location again or another ice Cold Air for that fact just because of the experience I had at this location a while back I took a 2019 Hyundai Elantra to them it was overheating I said leave it with me and will call you back in 2 hours with with an estimate they called me to let me know the price was going to be $1,025 500 was for labor 500 for a hose and 25 clean the battery from corrosion when I went to pick it up and yes this is the right location there was a guy named Dan working there at the time I paid him after he told me everything was taken care of all was done went out there to look at the car and open the hood I was so mad when I seen acid still on top of the battery after they said they had done it mechanic came took my car and did it a second time this time it looked like he took water dumped it over the top and then just sprayed the top of the post and didn't clean the battery professionally so I left before I lost my cool I called Dan and he gave me a bunch of BS I was furious and hung up I put a review up in the owner calls me the next day and asked me what it was all about even though it was all self-explanatory word for word at the time said would you take it down if I give you your $25 which I'm a man of my word and I expect their business to be that way too so I took it down problem I have two of the same car the same year and everything well after driving my second one for so many miles it had the same situation happened to it has the other car had when I took it to him today I took my second car to a different shop and the problem was the same as the other one second shop the only thing my car needed was the pipe to be cleaned off because they paint over the metal and that's what causes it to leak plus the clamp was wore out from the factory when I was done at the new shop I went back home to look at my other car which has been sitting in my driveway and I looked at the same hose now that I know which one they had replaced they never replaced the hose they put a clamp on the end of the hose left the old clamp still on the original hose and charged me $1,000 this is why I will never use a location called ice Cold Air again oh and I forgot to mention the new shop only charged me $149 for what they said cost $1,000

I just want to say thanks to Mike and the mechanic that works there. Had a problem with my car AC and they ran into a few other problems and took care of it for a price. I just felt like I was being ripped off on the price. 400 for battery, a belt I didn’t need for 260, and throttle valve cleaning for 160. Thankfully I declined because I got a new battery for free under the last warranty, confirmed the belt was fine, and the cleaner was only $7 at advance auto parts and I did it myself took less than an hour so I saved myself a thousand dollars. Car works perfect now for 7 whole dollars. I wish I didn’t also waste 160 on this place to tell me it needed a battery and a good cleaning I thought he said free diagnosis but I guess it’s “ac check” that was free but he used to word diagnosis which made it confusing so the 160 charge caught me off guard. First time going to a mechanic and I hate it I wish it was easier for women.

Absolutely terrible place, went to get my Freon filled, they charged me 280$ and didn’t touch my car, it was not cold, my car was not even moved out of the spot I parked to begin with, they will not return my call. Super disappointed (I got this double checked by my mechanic and ran multiple tests, no Freon had been put in)

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONY, these people don’t know what they are doing. They see $ as soon as you show up, they charge as much as dealership without fixing your car. I took my car without reading their reviews, $1,678.48 mistake. I had problem with my car starting and when put in gear. Justin told me that it cost $140 to diagnose the problem. He called me and said the problem is the fuel pump and manifold gasket. I told him that if this is going to fix the problem he said yes (he lied) He send me an estimate for a new fuel pump of $900, I told him that I found to be less that $150 and he said that this fuel pump is expensive (he lied again). After on day he called me that after all the charges the issue is Catholic converter (he lied again) I told him if my car is not fixed I am not paying for it, he said you cannot take your car if you don’t pay. I went to pick up my car, my car didn’t start, Justin himself tried it and didn’t start, after several try finally start and I took it home. Since then I have not been able to move my car. Dishonest mechanic DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM. Read the reviews.

Last month l stopped by & met the owner Mike, nice guy. So today l saw the advertisement on the sign for Oil Change & had time to get my car serviced. Didn't see any customers & thought surely at 3:55pm l could get a quick service. Instead, l was told the "technician" DOESN'T do oil changes, & he leaves at 4pm. The business hours are open until 5:30pm. Left feeling perplexed. 🤔

This was one of the best repair experiences I’ve ever had. The evaporator core in my 2012 Ford pick up was there for replacement. They were efficient , Kept me informed about the whole thing and had it completed sooner than expected. Very much recommend the shop. They do other work besides just air conditioner they do brakes, belts, tuneups, and more. You will not be disappointed.

I have 2011 maxima that the auto parts store checked and indicated that my alternator was bad and needed to be replaced. I called Mike at ice cold air and set up an appointment to have this done and the initial quote was approx. $1000, I was supplying the alternator, and the price went down to roughly $450. After the car was dropped off, I received a call from Mike letting me know that to do the repair a/c needed to be discharged so the cost we be a little more and I was ok with that. A few hours later Mike reached out to me again and indicted that they did the diagnostic and found that my alternator was reading correctly at 14volts, He gave me a new quote for the battery and the cost was substantially lower great news but still needed to check to ensure. They pulled the battery and found that the battery was only 2 years old and Mike went the extra mile to contact the auto store on my behave and found that the battery had a four-year warranty and if they would honor the warranty on my behave, the store agreed and a new battery was delivered. Mike gave me a call and let me know the good news and I was overwhelmed with gratitude that he was able to do all of this for his customer and went the extra mile. Most shops would have replaced the alternator and then charged me for a new battery which would have been over the first quote of $1000 dollars. These guys are awesome and an honest shop which is rare to find these days. Total cost was less than $200 bucks, you guys can't go wrong with ice cold air, they do look out for their customers. This is how repair shops should operate, they have my trust and are my go-to guys, we all know car repairs aren't cheap but props to these guys for doing their due diligence to diagnose and give you the correct information and the honesty to save their customers some cash. Truely grateful to Mike and his team, especially around this holiday season!!!

I went to Ice Cold Air with a brake issue. They were quick to diagnose the problem. My car is older so unfortunately replacement parts are hard to find. James was amazing and called around to see if he could locate the part for me. Unfortunately, there weren't any available, but he suggested I check eBay. I was able to find the part and they installed it for me. This is a great shop to go to, very friendly and James made me feel like a VIP customer even though this was my first time there.
