My buddy brought his car here and they completely ruined his car. They take parts u give them and keep them to there self. Never bring your car here u will have better luck working on your car your self and the employees are real weedbags they are very big drum bags

Our 2002 Dodge Ram was overheating and we took it somewhere we had taken it previously. The previous mechanic put the thermostat in backwards - which led to more diagnostics to the tune of $900÷. Not wanting to foot the bill.. A friend suggested Metrics and could not have dreamed of a better outcome. After the water pump was changed and fan clutch for a great deal less, It was still overheating. They could not have been more helpful. Once it was determined that the thermostat was the culprit, $next to none$ later and we are back on the road. RECOMMENDED HIGHLY!

My fiancé brought his 2012 Chevy sonic here for a head gasket job done & they ruined his motor . Rob is very unprofessional, Frank shouldn’t be a mechanic & Sean sits in a chair all day. I do not recommend this shop. When Robs dad ran it it was a great shop. Not anymore though.

This place is terrible they will take advantage of women. Brought the car in to get fixed for one thing he told me it wasn't that it was this or it was that. Stupidly did fix after fix only to still be having the same problem occur 2 days after he claimed to have fixed something. Finally sad enough was enough and took it to a different shop. This guy told me it was exactly what we thought it was in fact the cable was deliberately disconnected which caused the problem to be more excessive. Now he gets one star for being understanding financially, but now I see it wasn't for the benefit of me but for the benefit of himself! Please please do not get your car fixed here without getting a second opinion on whatever it is that he says is wrong with your car. It could save you thousands!

Rob and his Dad are great. I'm so happy to have found an honest mechanic that does not nickel and dime you. I have an older car with alot of miles and I've had other places tell me everything under the sun is wrong with the car and this shop will NOT do that to you. They give reasonable prices and great service. I wish I would've found this shop sooner.

These guys are hands down the best in town. My family and I have been bringing our vehicles here for the past year and they've always exceeded expectations. Robby is very knowledgeable and sends us photo updates on repairs and explains things to where a dummy can understand it. Very honest, personable and reputable guy. Had a rumbling noise in the rear of my Acura RDX AWD for about 2 years that was getting progressively worse. Tried several shops and got various diagnosis including brake and tire problems. Metrics took the vehicle for a short run (without an appointment) and quickly determined it was a wheel bearing issue. They immediately put it up on the ramp and confirmed it to be the right rear wheel bearing. Repair was completed the next day for a very reasonable price. Vehicle is now very quiet just like new. Full marks to Rob and crew for a quick and accurate diagnosis and repair. They are friendly to deal with and know their stuff. Completely satisfied and will be using their services without hesitation the next time I have an issue. .

Robbie is great not only as a mechanic but as a person. (Steve you did a great job raising this boy) He went out of his way to help me a month ago when my hood latch would not open, I had a dead battery and needed to get hood open to charge it.. He came to my house. I have used his auto service many many times. I'm an old customer of his Dad Steve. always fair in pricing. My family and friends all use his services. I'm a 74 yr old woman and have never ever been ripped off by them.

Sadly, another bad write up about a friend(cousin of the owner) referring me to this shop and everything has gone wrong since. I brought my 2016 C7 Z06 to this shop to get the AC blower motor replaced. Shortly after the blower motor job, my compressor went bad and i had that replaced as well. Upon completion of the compressor I took my car. The next morning I'm driving to a work function and the front splitter of the car detached and drags at 55 MPH. Mind you this piece was attached perfectly fine when I dropped off the vehicle, they just didn't reattach it properly or at all. Rabih instructs me to bring the car in and he would take care of it, so I did. He then finds a used splitter and paints it some random matte black color when the rest of the pieces are carbon flash colored. As I currently type this review ive had 2 warranty replacements of the blower motor and I'm on my 3rd blower and my AC is not blowing. I currently have to kick the passenger floor board to get it going. I'm paying a body shop $1k to get the front of my vehicle looking proper again......all in all, stay away from this shop. I'm getting rid of my corvette now as all these headaches and still not having AC have ruined that car for me.
