Not good, I was told the car will be fixed by the next day 12pm, when I come I saw the car wasn't moved from where I parked the car the previous day, then I asked him how long will it take to fix he said 2-3 hours, I waited in his office for an hour, when I went out to the office I saw the car still standing on the same place, I asked him for the keys and I left

Mr Friedman is the best! He knows his stuff, every time I had a car issue, he found it, fixed it. And For cheaper than anyone else too. I've been to him over the years with a few different vehicles. They fixed them all like pros. (I'm going back tomorrow to fix an issue on my 2009 Nissan Altima. So hopefullyI stick by my praise after tomorrow. Lol. I'll try to come back and edit, and write how it went. Fingers crossed)

Don’t trust this place. Brought my car in for a concerning sound in the wheel, told him I wanted him to check out the bearing. He told me it was the brakes, quoted me $165, fixed the brakes, charged $435. I asked him to check the bearing in case, he said he did. 2 weeks later, same sound. I brought it back because I wanted them to own up to the mistake and discount the job. He told me to come in Tuesday then said he was full and sent me away. I came back Wednesday per his instruction and he was not there so I left the vehicle with his employee, who said he would call. I called six times over the next 2 days, no response and voicemail not set up. Finally I came in person and my car was parked on the street. His employee recognized me immediately, said it was the bearing but they did not have the part in stock so could not do anything. All this time, no call. I had to cancel a trip home for my mom’s birthday over this.

This place has made my day go so much better. They do all the work and you don't have to do anything at all. Inspections take 5 min on the clock. Accident and insurance claims they do all the work, you don't need to make a single phone call.

I come here every year for my inspection. Always fast and friendly service. I deal with Mr. Friedman himself and he's a true sweetheart. He's got some competition up the block that always have their signs outside trying to steal his customers. He's the second shop, don't get confused.

Came to NYC for a one night trip and had unexpected car troubles that could not be fixed on a weekend. We had to stay until Monday and called this auto shop right when they opened. We had to get the radiator replaced and could not stay another night. The auto shop owner and the mechanic Marlo stayed 3 hours past closing time to accommodate us and were able to solve our issues within one day. Can not stress how grateful and thankful we are for this place, truly grateful from the bottom of our hearts. We highly recommend this place as they went above and beyond terms of price and service.

Went to a bunch of shops trying to get an inspection done and wasn’t able to get accommodated. I stopped here just to try and was taken right away. I believe I was helped by the owner and he was so kind and fast, I didn’t have any problems at all. I was in and out in 10 minutes plus the price was reasonable. He even offered to text me a reminder next year to come back for the same service. 10/10 definitely recommend.
