They're ok. Cost of minutes has increased and I would like to see better maintenance. Often find leaking hoses, no pre soak product and bays unusable due to lots of mud I don't want to walk in.

I came here and had a really bad experience a couple of months ago. I was contacted by the management and they actually had me come back and get a free car wash. I am a regular at this car wash and I appreciated them reaching out to me to make things right after they had technical problems.

Very high pressure sprayers. Good for getting the bugs off or mud from the wheelwells. Competitively priced. Good washing products as there is never a residue or water spotting. Favorite car wash in Brighton. 😄

Do not go here. Two bays ate my money! The over-height bay won’t accept coins. I had to pull forward as far as I could and make do. One quarter gets you exactly ten seconds. I feel ripped off.

High bay car wash is a grease pit the last 4 times i have been there. Zero maintenance in this bay. Obvious is just for heavy trucks to wash old grease off. This was my go to place to take my vehicles. I can not even wash them now without leaving dirtier then when I bring them in.. really hope they can get this changed.

Clearly the sign is misleading and it's not 25 cents to wash. Nothing is 25 cents these days and that's probably the reason they can't afford to change their sign. A wash costs the same as most self wash places but they have a ton of bays and there was no wait. Vacuum worked well.

Terrible place to wash your car. I spent 3.00 in quarters and it never gave me credit for the first quarter each time. Barely got any time to wash and rinse. They was a rude person who just said everything was working fine yet the bays were dry. How could he test them?

This place was horrible. One of the vacuumes took my money the other didn't have any suction. The parking lot was littered with nails and screws. The bays are filled with so many pot holes that they are filled with mud. So after washing your car you can't get In with out getting the inside all muddy. This was a terrible experience. Out 25 bucks and still had to go to another car was to clean my car.

I tried the other location on bridge Street next to Billy's. I called because it only watched the top half of my car it did not wash the bottom. I called and complained and they gave me a code for a free car wash which again did not wash the bottom part. This was The ultimate Wash I'm talking about. I called again and they gave me another code for the signal car wash on main Street which I tried today. It did not rinse off all the soap on the top of my car so I had to go through the bay to finish rinsing off all the soap and once again it did not clean the bottom half of my car. Rachel was very nice as to give me a couple of codes for my free car wash but I cannot go back to either one of these car washes. These automated car washes are no good and need to be fixed correctly

Awful car wash. Waste of money. Don’t come here unless you plan on at least $16 for a BASIC wash. They have no way to get coins off your debit card and they’re coins only (unless you go through the wash that does it for you). It’s 25 cents for 15 seconds. We didn’t even get through washing the soap off our car before we had gone through $10 and then had to go to the automatic wash that accepts debit cards which was another $6 for just a rinse. Very inconvenient and to pricey! Wont be back

Great service by owner awhile ago, my rear window was brocken awhile ago when I parked to throw some glass in the trash can by hand the owner put a few quarters in the vacuum and handed me the hose. This kindness has been the reason I keep going back for the pass 18 years.

Used the commercial truck wash bay, I am very pleased with the size of the bay and how accessible my truck's top side was with the use of the stair system. And the pressure of the water is awesome for tackling hard road grime. Only issue I had was the cost of washing here. I spent $80 on this trip. But I think it was well worth the cost. Will be using this Facility more often.

Would be better if their change machines were ever in order. Or if someone regularly cleaned/ did maintenance. You can start the vacuums with only 50 cents but it only lasts about 30 seconds, so if you don't have plenty of quarters before you go there's not really any point. They don't accept credit cards

Worst car wash in Brighton don’t waste your money or time bill accepter takes it sweet time and waste your time for the money it did eat and the soap is so deluded that it does absolutely nothing most of all 5$ got a hole 2.5 minutes were if you do single dollars it’s a minute per dollar that’s sad was one of my favorites and this will be the last time I come here and charged my credit card but never worked so wasted 20 and got a shity car wash

This place is great and I have been coming here for years. The guy James that cleaned it is no longer there. He was so professional and handled the business as if it was his own. He had such great customer service with the people that used the place. But I want to say really that unfortunately at times the owners can’t always be there. Things happen and stuff breaks it isn’t always the owners fault but instead the people that misuse the items given. People are so irresponsible and handle these items terribly because it isn’t their stuff. You will always have my business!

paying $16 I expected to make sure that all the bugs are off of my windshield and car and especially when I go through the dryer I totally expected the dryer to be drying my car not just spreading the water around. very disappointed in this wash. this is at night and I guess I should have used the flash for the pictures but I would say that this is a $10 wash

Dont fall for the hype; 25 cent car wash didn't mean 25 cents a minute, or 2 quarters a minute, it's a quarter every ten seconds or so. About $1.50 a minute so it's value, I guess, is how quick you can tornado around your car before going to a traditional car wash is more cost effective. That, plus the first 3 bays I went to had broken credit card readers and when I finally did get to one that worked the sprays and the brush didn't work that well. Basically spent $7.50 for 5 minutes of hosing down my car. The tires look nice though 🤷🏻♂️
