I had 2 separate appointments with Safelite over the past 2 weeks. They didn't show up either time. When I called each time they acted like it was no big deal that they scheduled a time period to fix my windshield but never showed up AND NEVER CALLED, even though I had taken time off work both times. Today I took my car to Signature after calling yesterday and speaking to Jesus. They not only repaired it nearly perfectly in minutes, but they were more than one half the price of what Safelite wanted to charge. If you EVER need an automobile window replaced or repaired, TAKE YOUR CAR TO SIGNATURE. Thank you Jesus and Ricardo. You guys are wonderful!!! And my car is a classic 1977 Mercedes in mint condition so I am VERY picky about who touches my car. I would never take my car to anyone but these guys from now on!!!

I had a crack in my windshield and I called and got an estimate for a replacement for my Honda CR-V. The owner quoted me $239 to replace it. I asked if this was Honda Certified Glass (OEM), which means the original glass. He said "Yes, all our glass is approved". The owner told me for $40 additional dollars they could come to my office to do it, since their hours are 8 am - 4:30 pm and they don't work on weekends. So, their mobile unit came out and replaced the glass, and when I went to drive it, I was instantly car sick. There was a defect in the glass which caused a rippling or wave effect. So, I called and they told me, come by the shop and we will look at it. I had to take time off work during my lunch hour, and the guys were extremely helpful (hence the second star for this review). They got the glass out and put a new one in, we did check before hand to see if we could see any additional defects, but since the glass is not in the car, it's really difficult to tell. They didn't test drive the car, so after I left, I began seeing the defect again, however I contributed it to maybe being overstimulated from the car sickness earlier. On Saturday, I took it on a long drive to see if there still was a defect, and there is, however much less than the prior one, but it is still there. I called the owner to tell him about the second defect and he said "Well, then we have to try the OEM glass" and I was like wait what? I asked prior if this was OEM glass and you said yes. He then changed his story and said "No, I said it was aftermarket glass that was approved" and I am like "No, you didn't say aftermarket glass" and then he says to me "Well, what do you want me to do about it". At that point, I was so done. I had decided to go to the dealer and get it done correctly as this guy was being completely rude and at this point dishonest. I wasn't requesting any refund or money back, I just wanted to inform of the defect in the second glass as it seems whoever is supplying his aftermarket glass has issues and he was incredibly rude and defensive. The guys in the shop and super nice and friendly and I don't fault them, but I cannot in good conscience recommend this shop with this type of owner. Don't settle for a liar.

Had to replace the driver side window due to a crack. I called in the morning and they arrived very quickly. Finished after about 30 minutes. After installation, when reviewing the work, I noticed a large new scratch on the door panel interior. I let the installer know about the scratch and he said he didn't touch that and it was already there... I'm really disappointed that he didn't take accountability for the damage done. UPDATE: After leaving this review, the owner personally called me, ordered the replacement part, and promptly came to my house to fix it himself. Other than the unfortunate cracked window panel, the service was top notch and my issue was resolved quickly. I will use them in the future and now recommend them to others.

These guys took care of me real well when I had my rear vent glass window broken into! I was SO devastated when this occurred. My insurance worked with these guys to repair my broken glass. At first, I was satisfied with how quickly they worked with my auto insurance. I thought I had picked up the right shop. Until I bring my car in to replace the windshield. The technician broke my dash cam, broke my sensor cover that was attached to the windshield from the inside (which I have to call my dealership to order a new one to replace with my own money) and they have the audacity to use my dashcam to cover the broken sensor cover. I was very disappointed. There was a whole bunch of residue dust inside my car. Will never ever recommend anyone to this shop. Communication is professional, but service is very bad.

I got my windshield replaced here on my 2022 Tacoma. The windshield came out great! These guys really know what they are doing. I thought they caused an issue with my windshield washer sprayer, but after installing a new part that they ordered it turned out that my truck hood isn’t aligned well from the factory. I really appreciate them trying to make it right even though they didn’t cause the issue. This is how business should be ran.

These guys are really fantastic. The entire process was so smooth and when the wrong part came in they even offered to drive my car to me at work so I did not need to go pick it up at the end of the day. I opted for Toyota OEM glass for my 2023 GR Corolla, and they were able to have it delivered to their shop the very next day. Pricing was significantly better than the dealership with no compromises in quality. They completed the dynamic calibration quickly (about 10 minutes) and were very transparent throughout the process—pointing out any minor blemishes on the windshield and making sure I reviewed and signed off on everything before proceeding.
