A price or a minimum charge was not given while they were looking over my vehicle about a water system which I was going to fix the problem myself. Once I went in to get my keys back I was forced to pay a bill that cost more than the entire system and it was still leaking. Would not recommend.

Michael and his staff at Simi Wash and Service center could not be more helpful, friendly or efficient. I have had work done on my RV, (numerous times and from minor to major repairs) and two cars. Each time has been an exceptional experience. Gratefully I know I never have to find another repair shop!

My teenager decided to go for a joy ride and shortly after we ended up having to pay for a bunch of body work. You can guess what happened. Auto Aid were wonderful and easy to work with. To top it all off, the cost was more than reasonable. We called a few places and they didn’t give us estimates half as good. Highly recommend

I would give less if I could a complete scam of a shop. They confused my work order with a nother trailer and charged me thousands in unneeded repairs. They are completely un honest and have no problem screwing you over do not bring your trailer here. This business should be shut down for fraud.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. They not only fixed my trailer but went to bat for me and convinced the company that it was their fault and they needed to pay for the service. They basically saved me $4500. Simi Center was professional, kind, and completed everything when they said they would. I would highly recommend Simi Center for any of your RV repairs.

I found Simi Center on Yelp I saw that they had five reviews and they're all five stars I'm always skeptical when I go to a mechanic shop because I don't know about things under the hood. So being that I'm going to be driving my RV to Florida I needed to get all the essentials done air conditioning coolant replaced oil change air filter oil filter generator oil generator air and out of vacuum leak with my AC. I was expecting the bill of over $1, 000 boy was I wrong they they told me I did not need an air filter for my coach or the generator the fact that they're honest about that the quickness of the shop Meagan who took care of me when I came in and when I left Darren the mechanic everyone that I spokethe f at the shop was accommodating. I would recommend using Simi Center for all of your RV servicing needs. I feel like my coach was in good hands and a 100% satisfied with the job that they did.

This is one of the best wash and details businesses i have ever been to. Mike is an amazing guy and knows just how well to handle his customers. From the moment i got there to the moment i picked my Jeep back up, it was a complete breeze. The customer service from the other employees was also outstanding. I was going to pick up my Jeep just a little after closing and they were okay with waiting for me. I had a couple scuffs and scratched on my Jeep and everything was taken right out and it’s been months and my wax and detail is still on there. I have even gone out of the state a couple of times and have gone off roading in dirt and mud and when i wash it, it looks just as if i had just gotten it done. I definitely recommend going here despite what those bad reviews say because their customer service and work is unbelievably amazing! Thanks again Mike you’re awesome!

Best RV repair shop that I have ever been to and I highly recommend it. I received very professional, competent and courteous service from everyone involved. I am completely satisfied with the work that was done on my Motorhome and will be returning for more service. Eric & employees repaired my steps on my motorhome & had it back to me the following day. Surprised me by how quickly they diagnosed the trouble & ordered the part & performed installation. Check in with Mike & Samantha was quick & easy too. Like all RV repair places you have to schedule an appointment in advance put they don’t let your RV sit there for days while they get around to working on it. Definitely a professional shop. Also will go to them in the future as things need repair.

THEY ARE THE BEST! Not only is everyone there nice and friendly, they are extremely knowledgeable about ALL RVs. Took our Winnebago Navion in for body work. The insurance company said we would have to have all the pieces ordered and then replaced on the RV (half of the driver’s side had been damaged. Thought we wouldn’t be able to use it for months.). Simi Center was able to repair and paint everything on site. Can’t tell the difference between the original body and the repaired work…they are that good! And Dan had our RV back to us in just a little over a week so we could take a vacation. On a separate occasion we were leaving for a month, and the night before we were to leave we noticed that one of our rear HVAC levels was bent in the down position. Couldn’t move it up. At 8:00 pm, Dean made a house call and removed the faulty level so we could leave the next morning. We have an appointment the day after we return to have it fixed. Simi Center RV Repair and Body Paint are the BEST! Highly recommend them.

This is THE BEST PLACE to take your RV or Trailer for repairs, restoration, etc. Mike, the owner, is a GREAT GUY and helped us SO MUCH with all our repairs on our trailer. The price was the BEST in town and in the surrounding area for that matter. His staff is very friendly, helpful, and took care of us! What a GREAT PLACE. I waited and waited and waited, 8 months for body work to be done. Always an excuse until we threatened legal actions. When we finally picked up the rig, pillows, blankets, all my towels and bedspread was missing. There was a broken glass baking dish and my kitchen belongings were on the counter. No one needed to be inside my motorhome. We only had bodywork done! Poor security, un reputable, irresponsible, and manipulative. Never use this shop again.

Had two reasons for service from Simi Center, damage repair to our trailer and antenna and roof vent upgrades installed. As a claimant, Simi Center worked with the insured's insurance company which really made our repair claim easy. The GM, Mike, was very communicative with us and despite being very busy, he got us in for an appointment. The damage repair time quoted was exact and the quality of the work was excellent. Samantha at the service desk was on top of things and was a pleasure to work with.
