What a great experience! SFAG had the best pricing of all the places I called and got my vehicle in right away! Vehicle was done and drivable in 2 hours! Very friendly and efficient staff! Rear windshield replacement. They get my info first thing Monday morning, and called me to schedule by 8:05! Got me in right away, and made it really easy. They were considerate to let me know I might still find broken glass pieces since they couldn't get into the back of my vehicle to vacuum it all up. Very thoughtful and professional. Great job!

Highly recommend coming here for any windshield repair/replacement. I had to have a chip repaired under very short notice and was able to get an appointment scheduled and the chip repaired within half an hour. Although the actual repair only took 10 minutes, I was able to drop off the car and pick it back up at a later time. Very friendly and professional employees, and extremely reasonable pricing.

Took a rock to the windshield while on vacation. They scheduled us for early the next morning. Super nice, took less than 20 minutes and certainly a lot less expensive than when I had to have windshield repair in another place! I would not recommend them. My rear window of my van shattered when I was packing items into my trunk. SF Auto repaired my rear window. I drove my van home, parked it in my garage. When i went to drive my van again less than 48 hrs later the window had randomly *reshattered* while in my garage. When I reached out to them they *blamed* it on my rear defrost. They initially offered to fix it at a *discounted* rate, he then got.super rude and offered to do it for free but refused to hook up the rear defrost. I declined as the rear defrost was working when I dropped the van off, and needed thos feature not to mention they had been rude and I did not need another window to shatter. I called the dealership, they siad that rear defrost is not an issue in my van. I took it to a body shop and they said it is not a rear defrost issue but the bodyshop said when sf auto glass initially installed my windshield there was glass that they had not cleaned up properly left in the spoiler. Due to them not.cleaning up the glass before installing the new glass the pressure caused there replacement glass to reshatter. Body shop cleaned all the glass out and installed a new window with the rear defrost.hooked up, and 2 months later we still have not had an issue. Cleary it WAS an issue with sf auto installation or glass they installed and NOT the rear defrost.
