Found him by Google search, and he offer mobil auto window service even if I live in Irvine. I did two windshield replacements by insurance claims. There is no issue, and he did great job. One thing you have to remember, he has some strong Asian accent. So it sounds like rude, but he is nice, gentle and smile man. I love his great and clean job.

I've had my windshields replaced by Mr. Kim twice (Acura TL & Subaru Crosstrek with Eyesight), and he did superb work both times. The way he talks can sound very blunt but his work skills are delicate. When it comes to billing, getting right parts, and dealing with insurances, he seems to know what he's dealing with (including dealing with insurances) despite his broken English. Mr. Kim is well-experienced, and I highly recommend.

By someone's referral, I got my auto windshield replacement done with Mr. Kim. At first, he sounded upset and mean on the phone, but later on after meeting him in person, I learned that it was because of his accent and his English being as his second language. In fact, he was very kind, very experienced, and professional. He knew exactly what he was doing even dealing with the insurance.
