My car had a weird noise near the back seat for about a month. I previously took my car to two different body shops, and both were unable to identify the cause of the noise. When I took my car to Pops and Sons, they offered a diagnosis free of charge and were able to identify the issue within 30 minutes of the car being dropped off. It turns out that the issue was from an improper brake pad that one of the body shops I previously visited put on my car. Pops and Sons immediately took care of the issue and fixed our car within the same day, all for a reasonable price.

I have come here at least 4 or more times for different types of work through the years. They do the best job everytime and I have never been disappointed. So a little bit about what happened before I came in here. My car has been acting up 2 weeks it got to a point where it would just out of the blue turn off on me and I was scared to drive my car in the freeway. Especially as a teacher, I work at a school far from my house. I went to 2 different auto shops and they were charging me so much more than $400 and weren't efficient and didn't show any concern about what I was telling them how my car has been acting. I posted it on my social media asking for help if anyone knew of any good shops. From a dear friend and also 2 other friends recommended me to go to Pops & Sons. I walked in there praying everything would run smoothly and it did. Joel and his sons were amazing! They took the time to talk to me about my car and hear me out. They even gave me very reasonable prices and were very honest. They actually felt like family because they take care of you that way. I told them I would come here again. I am so glad I got recommended here. I feel like I finally have a shop I can count on.. instead of going shop to shop and wasting money because some people take advantage of women because they think they can scam us since we don't know anything about cars. It's really messed up. Thank you again, Guys! You guys were amazing my car is running good ! :D

I've been coming here for years and have never once had a negative experience. I used to dread going to the mechanic because they would be so pushy and treat me like a rube because I'm a woman. With pops, I feel like I have a place and when a friend asks me about a good mechanic in the area, I can be like, "I know a guy." For quality, honest, affordable service, it doesn't get any better.

Took my Honda accord on Monday. For an alignment and a transmission flush. And 3 days later I have a check engine light on. You can’t trust these small shops. Disappointed on the service. Now I’m dealing with a check in engine light. Paid them 300 and some just so my car can come back jacked up.

By far the best mechanic shop in the area. I have been taking my 1995 F150 and 2016 Subaru Outback to them for a few years now and their work has been excellent with a fair price tag. I usually work specifically with Cesar, but no matter who you work with at Pops & Son’s, the work they do will be excellent. Some work they have done for me: new suspension and updated existing suspension, transmission work, transmission replacement, spark plug replacement, ac repair, fuel pump replacement, differential gasket replacement, wheel bearing replacement, CV axel replacement, breaks, intake manifold gasket replacement, clutch replacement, drive shaft / steering column repair, alignments, lift, oil change, and much much more. There is no shop that I have ever trusted and respected more than Pops & Son’s. Note* - To the person who will one day write a post saying these guys are “over priced” - you could not be more wrong…In my opinion, they are under priced for the quality of work and customer service they provide. Thanks for the high quality service Pops & Son’s. I’m sure I’ll see y’all again soon. -Dan
