I had a really great experience at Eberhardt's. I went in for an oil change and they were super friendly and genuine, answering all my questions even though they were busy. They let me know of a few things that were going to need work on my car soon, but didn't pressure me to purchase the services from them that day, or at all! They just wanted me to know what I should be looking out for, for my own safety. I left feeling very well taken care of - and they even let me play my guitar and jam a bit in their office while I waited. An overall great experience, and I highly recommend them.

After searching and calling 4-5 shops for a water pump repair, this is the only service shop that called me back and almost immediately. My car was covered under a MaxCare warranty from car max. Which this shop happens to be an authorized repair shop for CarMax. Within a couple of hours after dropping off my car. I was updated from Dan through text. By the next morning he had already spoke to my warranty insurance company and got the approval to repair my car. Saved me $3000. These guys are fast, friendly, communicative and hardworking. 5+ stars

Above and Beyond!! In this day it's almost impossible to find someone who deeply cares not only about their work but the quality of their work. Dan and his Team do.... I was asking all my friends "do you have a mechanic you really trust that will do a good job?" Most of my friends couldn't think of anyone... Had my 2007 F-150 aligned here after doing rims tires and suspension kit on it. Truck drove somewhat ok prior to the alignment. After alignment truck felt much more smooth and steady when taking my hand off the wheel. Would highly recommend this shop to friends for future service.

I purchased tires here last year for my 2007 Toyota Corolla CE at a very good price. I went in on 3/14/24 because there were terrible clunking noises coming from somewhere around the front end of my car. I knew they would be able help me and they did because they offer alignments as well as tires. They quickly determined the problem and fixed it. I am on social security and need to be careful with what little I have. I was very happy and impressed with the courteous response to my needs. I also needed an oil change which they did at a very competitive price. This business may not look fancy shamcy but they have been there for a long time and they are truly trustworthy.

Two weeks ago I bought 2 new tires for a good price. The service was excellent. Today I had a flat on one of the new tires. I towed my truck back and they showed me I had a big old nail stuck in it. Amazingly, Teo fixed the tire at no charge this time and I was on my way home in 30 minutes. They were like heaven sent.

Came for a flat to be fixed for a Kia optima because they said they had used tires. I got the car towed there to find out they didn’t have any used tires because I had a “not normal” size tire… for a Kia……. So I ended paying $140 for a new tire. I would tow it somewhere else but the cost of that would be too much so I have to suffer with paying unfortunately.

Problem solved❣️I had to return to Eberhardt‘s tire and Automotive to address previous purchase. I bought a used tire that looked like it was in perfect condition. However, for the first two weeks I had to fill that tire up twice a week. when I called to address the issue they asked me to bring it back at my convenience. The very next day during a busy afternoon they quickly attend in my car, found the problem, fixed it, and I was on my way! I still need to schedule that oil change though 🤔

One of my tires was losing air constantly and I didn’t understand why. We checked for like nails but we didn’t see anything. So my boyfriend recommended this place to me and they were able to help me out. We did actually had a nail but it was embedded where we couldn’t see it. Luckily they were able to patch it and I didn’t have to spend money to buy a whole new tire. Friendly staff and it was quick and easy.
