I had my car serviced at JMC Collision (Eric). My car needed a lot of repairs; the front bumper, the hood, and the rear bumper, all needed to be replaced. Eric assessed the damaged and gave me a general quote based on his expertise. I left my car at the shop so he could look it over and give me a more accurate cost for repairs. A few hours later he called and actually quoted me a lower cost than his estimate, he patiently explained all the repairs in DETAIL so that I would understand exactly what work would be done. I really appreciate JMC Collision (Eric) professionalism, my car repairs were completed within a week, and Eric presented me with an itemized invoice detailing the full expense. I had damage to my bumper that normally would require to to replace the whole bumper due to internal damage. I requested that it be fixed just so that it could look okay from the outside and Eric was very good on that! The service was very fast, I dropped off my car in the morning and was able to pick it up the very next morning! I’m very satisfied with the results

I was referred to Eric from a good buddy of mine. I typically hate being away from my vehicle or having it in the possession of someone else besides myself, so my trust levels were already low starting off. Right from the get-go, Eric's communication and knowledge regarding the steps that I needed to go through from the beginning to end really made me feel comfortable with the fact that I'd be leaving my truck with someone who would take care of my truck as much as I would. Every question that I had, I was given an answer that wasn't vague and left me assured that I would be taken care of. Every update that was provided stayed true to his promise and scheduling didn't go off track. My moms car got hit, took it around Fullerton, got estimates almost from every collision shop around, before finding JMC COLLISION. Great guy, great service, sent me text updates. He makes you feel completely comfortable about the process. Not like others, that just see you as money walking through, especially when they hear that your insurance is covering the cost. Great work and awesome customer service! Sadly, about 2 weeks ago I ran over a divider and basically took out the right side of my bumper and did even more damage to the underside of my car and radiator support. A few close friends of mine recommended JMC Collision so I decided to try it out. I spoke with Eric (the owner) of the business and he gave me a run down of the entire process. He provided me with updates the entire time by car was in shop (including pictures) without me having to reach out. Great way to build trust with his customers. Picked up my car today and I couldn’t be happier! Not only was Eric totally personable, knowledgeable and friendly…but my car looks like I just pulled it off the lot of the dealership!
