I asked about a summer deal from a flyer I got in the mail but they said it was expired. But they were kind enough to honor the deal. Great service. They were fully transparent throughout the whole maintenance process too.

I have had an amazing and exceptional experience at this mechanic shop. The moment you walk in the staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable and they would always explain in detail the issues regarding my car. I don't know much about cars but they always find the time to explain not just the issue but the repair work. The services are fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. I always left feeling confident in the repairs compared to my old mechanic. I was recommended by my boyfriend and now I also recommend it to everyone I know facing car issues. One hundred percent will come back when my car is acting up again! Thank you so much Euro Car Clinic for making me finally feel safe to drive my car !!

I have been bringing all of my vehicles to this location for over 20 years and 3 different owners. Before when it was Dealers Tiers and Wheel and now Euro Car Clinic and I must say the customer service has not changed. It is still amazing! Better pricing than the official car dealership and more prompt! Plus they actually fix the issue unlike the dealership where you pay to a fix and yet they can even use the computer to fix the warning light on something as simple as the wiper fluid what a joke! And vs giving you a list of new fixes you have to get done on your car, very disappointing when you can’t even trust the official dealer. The front desk representative Wilbert was very polite and knowledgeable he got the job done. Literally saved me over $100 bucks on a very simple fix where it would have cost me over $150 at the dealership. It is located in the very heart of Fullerton and is a prime location you can’t miss them and if your car maintence should take longer than expected it is just across the street from AMC theater, In-Out and walking distance from Down town fullerton so you can go enjoy the day down the street and spend the $100 on yourself and have fun. If I could give them 10 stars I would! It is all about the customer experience here. Where as the dealership is continually hounding me to trade in my car and purchase a new one and would not even give me kelly blue book value! My car make and model is one of the best and you see cars of its class 40 years still on the road! The is not the Bizz and I took Autoshop since high school we all know we are just a number to them like how they place on our cars. Not building on the customer experience. Definitely go check them out!

Excellent phone customer service. .Matt Nic, and Jessie great standup guys. They don't do bait and switch.deals.once you arrive, they don't try to over sell you things you.dony want or need. Delivered and replaced tires ahead of time as 1 hour vs 1 1/2 hours indicated turn around time. Very clean waiting room and very high professional staff with a great sense of humor. Clean bays and service techs. Highly recommended this place they saved us $800.00 on tires that we priced around before selecting their shop.

Euro Car did a great job from start to finish! Brought my car in for an oil change and inspection. The team found my right front axle broken down, cv boot torn, and grease completely leaked out. Cesar was a complete professional walking me through the issue. They took care of me and even added military discount on top! Thanks Euro Car team!!

This place is awesome. I didn't need to take day off of work since they let me drive their car. Customer service is fantastic. They were able to find out the problems of my car and fixed it. On top of it, he also took off some fees and also gave me discounts. I love this place. I highly recommend them.

This is my go to tire shop. I've bought tires from Dealers for 5 different cars. Most recently Toyo Open Country AT for my 2020 Land Rover Discovery and Toyo Open Country M/T and Method wheels for my 1993 Land Cruiser. Matt dialed me in both times. Great prices and great customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

My daughter went here to get her brakes inspected and they said her rotors were warped and quoted her 1900. Her dad took it to Goodyear in yorba linda where we just had my son's brakes done. They inspected and said her brakes were fine at 90% all around. Be careful going to this place.

Came out to my car after grocery shopping to find a flat tire. I had ran over a screw and hadn't noticed. While I looked in my trunk making sure I had a spare/jack and debating whether I should change it myself, I accidentally closed the trunk with my keys inside! So then I had a flat tire and was now locked out of my car. I called Triple A and they helped me get my keys then put on my spare. Afterwards I drove right across the street to Euro Car Clinic. I walked in 10 minutes before closing, explained my situation and asked if there was any way they could fix my tire and put it back on before closing. I talked to Caesar, and he told me he'd help me out free of charge and completed the whole service (even after they had closed.) After about an hour of dealing with the entire ordeal, all while my groceries sat in the car, I couldn't have asked or expected a nicer ending. After an upsetting inconvenience, Caesar and the boys at Euro Car Clinic really ended it all on a good note. I am so grateful to them, and as this was my first time here, I will definitely be back.

My 2008 Volvo xc90 came in with a multitude of issues, including a busted rear bearing and an incorrectly replaced break vacuum from a different garage that caused a leak. The technicians were very helpful and thorough with their repairs, even noticed I had one balled tire and offered to replace it. I can say it hasn’t felt better the entire time I’ve owned it.

Should be your go to place for your euro car. Brian is such an excellent contact, he will take care of you and has very amiable and genuine personality. This place doesn't feel like other shops where you feel like getting ripped off. They work with you. My Tiguan is running better ans faster than ever.

I was referred by another place that works on cars but they do wraps and they’ve done my under glow which they have always done a great job so they referred me and I talked to Caesar which right from jump street made me feel welcomed and almost if I had been going there for years yet it was my first time. They replaced my electric water pump, my thermostat, upper and lower hoses. They also put in a new ambient lighting for me changed my oil, flushed my brake fluid I want to say and replaced as well as registered my battery that I installed but didn’t know how to register it. This place I recommend everybody go who has a BMW especially but any car. They are very reasonable with their prices and like I said it wasn’t only Caesar everybody there has made me feel like I had been going there for decades. Feeding me, life advice, etc… Just a really good place to go to that are for once honest and you know as well as I do when do you ever find an honest mechanic shop? Well I finally found one… Go down there and tell them Nate sent you!!

Great attention to detail; they are phenomenal. I typically do my own maintenance and repairs, however, when it requires big ticket items and special tools.... I"ll do a deep search to find "the mechanic" for that particular issue. These guys are it; european car specialist, with attention to details.

Cesar and Brian at Euro Car Clinic were great to work with. They were professional, quick, and really know what they’re doing. Cesar kept me in the loop and explained things clearly, and Brian made sure everything was done right. The whole process was smooth, and my car’s running perfectly now. Definitely recommend them if you want solid, honest work.

After spending $4600 for timing chain service. I got car back in worse condition. There was no effort to clean oil markings and hand prints off of my paint. My tire pressures were low. No results from the “complimentary Multi Point Inspection.” The initial estimate was $2200 which is why I selected this shop and also because they provide loaner vehicles. I was told by the owner that I would receive constant updates along with pictures during the repair process. My car was kept 3 days short of a month and I didn’t receive a single picture or a single update during the time. They did call me to tell me that it was going to cost another 2400 because they didn’t have the correct estimate for me and they somehow didn’t know That they needed to drop my oil pan, even though I mentioned to them over the phone and in person that it needs to come down, they told me no it doesn’t. The only Reason I wasn’t charged the $6000 that the dealership charges is because they allow you to provide parts. This shop charged me 300% markup on my timing chain set , that’s $600 for a $199 set. $35 for each cam sprocket bolt while the dealership charges only $8 each!!! While online stores show MSRP of $6.25 per bolt for the ‘Collar Screw’. After, I was kinda forced to purchase my own parts and provide them to avoid that 300% + markup. The mechanic (who they refuse to tell his name) left my valve cover bolt not properly torqued down, in fact he completely missed tightening one altogether, where I can twist it with my fingers. That he didn’t use a torque wrench. Also he pinched an oxygen sensor wire between the rear portion of the valve cover, damaging the wire and gasket, cause my previously replaced valve cover gasket to piss oil out onto my exhaust manifold so that smoke filled my cabin. And the mechanic didn’t mention anything about it even though he reportedly test drove the vehicle. He also didn’t provide any information sticker anywhere on the vehicle stating that the timing chain was replaced. They replaced my engine oil and didn’t reset my oil light. The oil filter o-ring was pinched between the oil filter cap and housing, surprisingly it didn’t leak there. But that’s not all, they didn’t remove the old filter o-ring and added a second one on top of the old one!! Supposedly there’s a 3 year warranty but we’ll see how or if they honor any of that, it seems that they’d deny delay defend. They say they will not provide warranty on parts you provide, even though they’re the same parts they’d order from WorldPac. Same OE brands. So was it a lie when the owner said to me that I’d be provided with pictures during the entire process? I called a few time as weeks went by and mentioned that I haven’t been updated on anything and that I have not received even a single picture and Emanuel said each time they were going to send pictures and proved to be lying because I have my car back and to this day, not one picture from them. I cannot recommend them to anybody else, not even for an oil change. They don’t care to reset the oil light. I had replace my valve cover gasket myself because they say that “you refused to have us change it!” Yes because I already changed it not long ago, and it didn’t come in leaking or worn out, and also re-examining it when I came to see why I haven’t been updated on the process, I double checked it’s condition. It was still very pliable after 40k miles. Another thing is the windshield wiper arms were not reinstalled correctly. When I went to use my wipers, the driver’s side wiper stopped it’s swipe in front of my face, so I had to remove the wiper are and put it in it’s proper position. They were going to refill my radiator with tap water! I went to the grocery store and bought back a couple gallons of DISTILLED WATER for them to use. I checked my coolant level before leaving and it was low, so I topped it off. And one of my coolant hoses popped off, I had to top it back off and bleed the system. I knew it would take a few weeks but didn’t know it was going to be shy of a month. Google character limit 4096, had to shorten
