I would definitely recommend Smith’s Service Center! Not only were the staff friendly, it took no time to replace a headlight bulb that I thought might take an hour AND it was affordable. I will absolutely be back for my oil changes.

I highly recommend Smiths Service center for anyone needing service done on their vehicle. All staff members, especially the front desk workers, are very polite and caring and thoroughly explained what needed to be done to fix my vehicle. Upon requesting an appointment my vehicle was scheduled and completed 2 days later. I can’t say enough good things about this company and the kind people and the great quality work they do. I will never go anywhere else to get work done, I will always use them. Also worth noting, the waiting room was beautifully decorated and comfortable atmosphere while waiting for my jeep to be serviced. Thank you guys so much for the great experience!!

I have been taking my car(s) to Smiths for several years now. Also have taken several cars there for inspection that I’ve thought about buying. They are always very detailed and very professional, letting you know exactly what they found and asking for authorization prior to any work required. Always willing to make things right if there is a problem. Office staff is very pleasant to work with. Will continue to do business with them

These guys are incredible! From Jessica at the front desk to the technician that actually made the repairs to our Jetta, everyone we dealt with was kind, courteous, and most importantly knowledgeable! The pricing was very reasonable as well; without naming names we had taken this vehicle to another shop who had quoted us $5,000 and was going to take the valve cover off JUST to diagnose. For comparison, we dropped the car off at Smiths and within 24 hours the problem was correctly diagnosed and all they had to do was wait on parts. Oh, and Smiths price was about 1/5th of what the other shop quoted!! I want to extend a very sincere thanks to everyone at Smith’s for turning our lemon into a daily driver and encourage you guys to give these great people your business, they deserve it.
