I dread having to take my car in to be repaired because of the cost and because I am a woman. But I didn't have to worry about either of these at Snapp's. I was treated fairly and with respect and they did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. The price was reasonable for the work that needed to be done and they didn't try to add on unnecessary repairs. I will definitely be going to Snapp's from now on.

While in Fresno for a doctor visit our 2002 Chevy Trailblazer would not start or shift so we called our trusted auto mechanic shop, Snapp's Service Center. As it was late in the day we called to make sure it was okay to have our car transported there and spoke to Breanna who told us to bring it in. Breanna also help us find a rental car because we live in North Fork, 50 miles away. Ted called the following day to inform us of the problem and explained that it was a broken transmission cable and it would need to be replaced, he also gave us an estimate of the cost plus labor. We picked up the car the next day and true to Ted's word the cost was what he quoted! Our car runs great and we were able to make our scheduled trip to the coast with no problems! A big thank you to all of the Snapp's Service Center employees! If you want honest and good quality auto service Snapp's Service Center is it! We've been going to Snapp's for over five years now and are never disappointed!

The Snapp's staff is a professional, efficient crew. They're fair, communicative, they get the job done much more quickly and efficiently than other places I've been referred to, and they never BS or try to upsell you. I've gone in three times with two different vehicles and they've kept me off the bus every time-- unless I break down in Texas I won't go anywhere else for auto repairs. I highly recommend them.

Took my 2019 jeep about a month ago I just have to say they are very friendly and helpful people! They fixed what my own jeep dealership couldn’t fix that’s why I came to them and their pricing was super affordable compared to jeep for any future problems I will definitely be coming back. Thank you! Till this day my problem hasn’t came back my car sounds perfect.

I had several issues with my 2017 Nissan Altima, including two warning lights that needed diagnostics and possible damage to a control arm, bumper, and engine cradle. I had the car inspected previously by two other mechanics, both of whom gave me estimates in the $2,000 range for the control arm, bumper, and engine cradle. I had not been underneath the vehicle myself prior to getting yet a third opinion from Snapp's. Much to my surprise, they said none of these things required repair, and even refuted the prior allegations of a bent control arm. They even showed me with the car on a lift. I was appalled that the other two shops apparently had tried to swindle me and my insurance company. In sharp contrast, Snapp's did not take advantage of the same opportunity, even though they easily could have. I know of no better evidence of their honesty. Going forward, I will be using Snapp's for all my auto repair needs.

You have to read this so you don't get screwed over - You know how you've been wishing for the repair shop you can trust? Snapp's is it. Call them. Snapp's is the best repair shop in the valley. Want proof? 1. My family sent me to them. They've taken cars here for YEARS, happily. 2. They fix your car right. Oil changes and all the preventive work, too. 2a. Best phone and counter service ever. 3. Respect. Mutual, honest, real respect. 4. Fair prices. Want the cheapest? Go learn how to be a mechanic. Want bougie? Ask them to upcharge you. If you're looking for totally fair prices, just come here. Make them your #1 go to. 5. Service. I felt happy and RELIEVED to pay them for their excellent work. They really know their stuff. Ted saved my favorite manual transmission car. It has never ever, even new, shifted as smoothly. I trust them, and the women in my family feel comfortable taking our cars here. My lifelong motorhead guy friend said Snapp's did good work at a good price. Don't waste your time or money somewhere else.

We were coming home from camping at Yosemite when our truck started acting weird we had to get out of free way, so we Google nearest auto repair and we were blessed to find SNAPP'S SERVICE CENTER. as soon as we park in this auto shop our truck gave up, we weren't sure if anyone was going to help us because its was 3:30pm and it was only by appointment and close to closing time. The owner was very professional and understandable and made an exception to help us out we were 5 hours away from home. He took our truck diagnose it and fixed it the next day. We are extremely happy with hes service and how quick they solve our problem, very affordable prices and honest. Thank you so much i highly recommend!

Snapps is the best place to take your car for any repairs. I have been taking my car (s) there since I went to Fresno State back in the day. I’m retired now. The Mechanics are the best, Ted ( the owner) will explain what is wrong with my car before a repair. He and his staff are so knowledgeable. I have never had a problem with the diagnosis and repair on my car. It's important that as a women you feel confortable and that you trust your mechanic. Snapps is the place for anyone to take their car.

I am a new customer at Snapp's and over the last couple of months I have had 3 of my vehicles in for a variety of much needed maintenance. Timing belt, suspension work, radiator replacements, cooling system flush, leak identification, etc. Each time the communication was fantastic and the prices were more than fair for a well established, and reputable, service center. They even got me in quickly when I had an emergency issue requiring a tow in. Without hesitation I would recommend Snapp's to anyone that needs service on their vehicle.

Recently, the A/C on my Honda CRV went out. I called my local tire shop, who referred me to SNAPP’s. I was able to get an appointment for the next morning, and they diagnosed it quickly. Ted walked me through what was wrong, what needed to be done, what the cost would be, and the turnaround time. He made it all happen, and now my A/C is running like new. I live in the mountains, got stuck in town worried about my jeep not being safe to drive home. I called a shop nearby but they couldn’t help that quickly. They recommended Snapp’s so I called. Ted told me to come on over. He was so reassuring & helpful. His wife handles the business side in their office while he & his crew work in the garage. She took my two very hungry & upset small kids to her snacks & kids area to help them feel better while I signed paperwork. From beginning to end they were amazing to me & my kids. It felt like my own parents were taking care of me. Like my kids were visiting grandma & grandpa at work. I trust that my Jeep is OK to drive up in the mountains again. I’ll be using Snapp’s for any car issues I have in the future and recommending them to anyone I can.
