Snider had taken care of my BMW for years. After having issues with the local dealership with honesty poor service, we found Snider to be our local BMW service shop near our home. James took care of us the whole way and even looked at our family vehicle that was not BMW/Volvo/Mini related. We trust the entire statf to be honest and professional as well as friendly. Needed coolant reservoir O ring replaced is what BMW of Nashville said and the cost would be $4k. I had it towed to Snider. They replaced the whole assembly with an estimated cost of $2,700.00 when I picked it up they said it was under the estimate, so I only had a cost of $2,500. I will continue to use Snider for my car repair needs. He who findeth a good mechanic findeth a good thing.

Amazing work and amazing customer service. Snider and company have been helping to keep my 1998 S70 running strong for many, many years and they will for many more! They’re always willing to offer a helpful diagnosis of what needs to be done and walk me through exactly what they’re going to do. They take the time to explain the mechanical workings of my car, which as an DIY mechanic that kind of insight is invaluable. These guys are truly Volvo enthusiasts and it shows in their work and the care they give their customers. My car is how I get around and survive in this world, and Snider has always gone above and beyond to make sure I’m able to make that happen. 10/10 will keep using them until Snider decides to close shop (please never do that)!
