Had a very negative experience with this company. Was connected with them through my insurance for a tow, originally the estimated wait was 75-105 minutes. Just past the 105 minute mark, I called the shop and they said the previous job went over time and there was traffic. He says he will see if there is a closer driver and text me to update. 20 minutes pass, no updates. I call again and am told that my truck has been canceled with no replacement yet. Finally while on the phone with me he suddenly can find a replacement but they will not be here for another 30 + minutes. At this point it has been well over 2 hours since towing was dispatched. Overall very frustrating experience, especially with the heat and adding on to the already stressful situation of my car breaking down in the first place. Update: 40 minutes have passed and I once again had to be the one to reach out to the company only to be told that my driver is still 21 minutes away. So seems like they actually have no idea what is going on and incredibly poor communication. Further update: after posting this review, I received a call from the shop and was told "thank you for your honest review, we've canceled your tow. Good luck"

Tow truck come late when he gets here he cannot tow a car because the lug nuts what's broken off the wheel. And he could not put it on the flatbed Plus on top of that he was very rude very rude and drove off on me while I was talking to him......

Kubi is an angel sent from God himself. I was traveling and caught a flat tire. Not only did he stay with me to make sure that I was safe as I was traveling alone. He made sure I got to a gas station and plugged my tire…buying the plug with his own money. He refused to let me pay him back. He was very kind and professional. He made sure that I knew how to use a plug in case something else was to happen. Today was a stressful day but he has turned it all around for me. All heroes don’t wear capes. His parents should be proud to have raised such a kind, respectful and caring human being. In the climate that this world is in, he is proof that good people do exist. I am forever grateful for him and his kindness. These words don’t do him justice. May God bless him and his family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

I just cannot thank Mads enough for the help Ryan provided my mother in law today. She is a senior and just lost her 96 year old father and had been at the funeral home planning his funeral when her truck broke down in Nashville on her way home to Dickson County. Ryan was so extremely kind to her - above and beyond kind - a TRUE blessing. Thank you for ALL your help, Ryan. You can't begin to know how much your actions helped a woman who was suffering so much emotional pain. Your kindness took a huge additional load off her plate. God bless you!

Sardar and his son were amazing!! Our Expedition lost fuel and needed a tow. We weren't sure where to go, as we were from out of town. USAA sent us Mads towing and the driver was very professional, intelligent and quick. He got our truck up on the flatbed and pointed out the tires needed an alignment as well, which we already knew about. (Sardars son, I can't remember his name! Was our tow driver) When we asked him for a recommendation on where to go, he said his father had a shop. Sardar was able to get us in at 5:30 and diagnose the problem and have us back out the door, vehicle back up and running!! With more knowledge about our vehicle by 6:15. It is such an amazing family owned business. They treat all their customers like members of the family. 💖

He made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and genuinely cares about helping people out. Last night November 11 2025 . My son called said he had a flat tire at Brentwood gas station. I go there pick him up go to auto zone to find the thing that takes off lug nuts so he could put his donut tire on so we get back to Brentwood gas station with the tool he needed when we pull up, it’s Mad’s auto repair & towing my son immediately walks up to him &, says excuse me, sir are you here to tow my car I’m trying to get my tire off so the man says no I’ve had to do 13 cars tonight. I’m just here at a pitstop so no, I’m not here for your car. Lol my son goes to the tire trying to get the lug nuts my son was struggling to get 2 lug nuts off the guy saw my son struggling He gets out & started helping my son. He got the lug nuts off for him. & helped him jack the car up he j took the time out of his night to help my son you don’t get random acts of kindness lnowadays so I really appreciate him for helping my son cause we wouldve had to leave his car a gas station & it probably would’ve got towed my . thank you so much Mad towing for helping my son. We appreciate it so much also the guy had a smile on his face from the time he had stepped out of his truck to the end when he got done helping us! Great guy!

I HIGHLY recommend this company. Ryan (my driver) really came through and saved the day, after HORRIBLE experience with Tom’s Automotive Wrecker Service. I had waited over three hours for Tom’s and they ended up abandoning me. My insurance then got with Mads, and Ryan called me almost immediately, and was at my location in less than 10 minutes. Today I experienced a horrible accident in my Audi Etron Quattro. I somehow avoided a head on collision but the right front was severely damaged. Ryan from Mads Auto Repair responded with a tow truck after calling the police to advise them he was on the way to the scene of the accident for a pick up. (We had already waited 3 hours) Because the car is a four wheel drive electric vehicle and the right front was not responding, the normal tricks for lading an EV were not working. After some consultation he was able to load the vehicle by tricking it into a 3 wheel drive! I just received a call from Ryan that the car was safely delivered and the key was in the lock box. I did not personally get my vehicle worked on, but my grandson was on his way to Florida and broke down in Tennessee and he towed him to his shop and got his car right in and fixed it and got him right back on the road!
