Was in for repair. They added an additional repair and charged $15. For a little bulb. Couldn’t fix problem because the couldn’t find a part. I returned with part and asked what they would charge to install and asked why it was so much to replace the little bulb. Rudely he replied he didn’t want to work for me. I asked if he was joking!?! He was not. So here I am with a part and he won’t install it. Very rude and disrespectful and took advantage of a senior citizen!!!! DO NOT EVEN THINK OF GOING THERE. Rip offf!!

fiancee had trans. problem on her car. had it fixed by my mechanic for 300$. 2 years later, same issue starts again, common problem with the model. just a solenoid in the valve body. she thought shed get it fixed by taking it there. they replaced the transmission just to have the same issue start up 1 year later. She did NOT need a new transmission but they told her it did and cost us thousands instead of a few hundred. they prey on the rich neighborhood they are located in. they also have told her she can go 5000 miles before an oil change just to have the car go low on oil and begin to knock. another shop says the vehicle ABSOLUTLY needs an oil change every 3000 miles. DO NOT take your car here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys are some of the best people ive met. Possibly one of the only full service gasoline salesmen in Buffalo. The price is a lil higher than self service, but it's super worth it on cold days and the gentleman that come out to fill your car are all wonderfully helpful and kind. They are a service shop and the only one of two that i know that have free air for your tires and if you ask, they'll even help you fill them! Among other things, this place is just the best

My Daughter was on her way to the airport and she had a funny sound underneath her car and her coolant was low and I called Snyder and spoke with John and he was awesome and said if we had it towed to him about 30 minutes away he would look at right before they closed at 9.He was awesome and made this Momma in Canada so happy knowing he would take car of her car Thank you John you are the best.

Steve and his staff are the best, most efficient automotive repair people I know. They have always repaired all our vehicles in a timely manner and charging us reasonable prices. In fact, years ago when I used to go to another shop , this other shop was going to charge us over $1000 for apparently unnecessary work. Snyder Automotive repaired our vehicle for under $200.

A friend recommended Snyder Automotive for a minor repair -- the underbody cover for my 2008 Prius had become detached on one side. I stopped by to get a repair appointment, but the mechanic came out and fixed it immediately. You can't buy a stick of gum over at the dealership for what the gentleman charged me. I will definitely be going back. Great first experience.

I have been going to Snyder's for almost three years now and have always been satisfied with my service until my most recent visit. I was charged over double what I typically pay for an oil change and when asked about this discrepancy was told that it was due to their use of 'premium' oil and filters. Furthermore, $35 worth of work was done on my vehicle without my authorization and I did not find out that it was done until I picked up my vehicle and saw the charges on the receipt. When I contacted Snyder's about these issues all I was told was that there was a miscommunication on their end and that they would bring it up with their staff.

Snyder Automotive is very impressive. Don’t let this small gas station fool you… I had a problem with my brakes, my brake fluid was leaking, I had a blown brake hose…they had it fixed within a day, their cost was very reasonable. This garage is a throwback, they do the job right, get your car fixed in a short timely fashion, and don’t overcharge their customers. You won’t be disappointed with this place, trust me.

The worst service shop I have been to. The mechanic has the worst attitude and customer service. I took my vehicle to get my driver vent fixed bc the air was not blowing the correct temperature. I was told it was my actuator. This resolved the issue with my heat and not my air conditioning l. When I spoke with the mechanic I was told it was a separate issue and I would need to pay. The whole reason I took the vehicle to the shop was to get the vent to work properly and I paid $505.00 for partial work. If you have an Infiniti, don’t take you’re car there bc they are not trained to do the job.
