Zero Stars- I would never return whether Carlos is there or not. Poor work, and they don't take accountability. My issue was never resolved, and I called the finance company to complain and was reimbursed labor fees. Forward to present day and my dadbwho is a loyal customer having issue with the same thing that has been fixed multiple times bu them.

Do NOT go to this location. I went to Valu for a second opinion on a radiator replacement. And the manager tried to scam me (or did get scammed as I paid $160 for a fake diagnostic). The other staff seems friendly. For starters I had an appointment and the manager nonchalantly arrived 2 hours late. I patiently waited and I explained which radiator needed replacement. He then states he likely needs to do a paid diagnostic. So I leave the car overnight. When I return the next day to learn of the results the manager nervously and incorrectly identifies the radiator that needs replacement and is fumbling around as he points to different components of the car. At this point, I am in shock as I know he is trying to rip me off. He's not even referencing the right component. I inspected the car and saw which radiator showed the dripping. Plus I went to another mechanic a day earlier. And was at Valu for a second opinion. Even though I am annoyed I now have to pay for a fake diagnostic done to my vehicle I remain calm and mention that I don't have the funds to get the work done. The manager then gets annoyed and unprofessional. He immediately requests my credit card - without providing any invoice for the diagnostic. I request the invoice and he gets upset. Saying he hasn't completed it. So I tell him, I'll wait. He then proceeds to give me the diagnostic report that has a write-up with a false statement saying that my car was in an accident which is why I was there. And lists the wrong radiator that needs replacement. Before I even leave the place he turns to another customer and starts gossiping about me. Even though I remained calm while he was 2 hours late for no apparent reason and tried to scam me into paying over $2k to get a radiator replaced that is intact. What makes this even worse is that every negative Google review for this place has a hint of something I experienced with this manager. This means this place is truly scamming people and not just disgruntled people ranting. They are telling the truth. Going to this place was my oversight. I would never visit a place with so many negative Google reviews. The only reason I booked an appointment at this place was because on a different site, repairpal this place has nearly a 5-star status complete opposite of Google reviews. Immediately, after my experience at Valu I returned to repairpal, only to notice for the first time that all the reviews on that site are fake! I made the mistake of thinking that website verifies its listings. And is a testament to why Google reviews are the best place to get real information. I am at a lost as to how this location could be legally operating scamming people online and offline. Do not make my mistake avoid this place. And do not read reviews in a hurry.

There’s been a change of day-to-day management and with it, a change in level of service. Last service they gave the car back to me without oil in it and without one break light which had been a part of the service visit. They further had my car for 5 weeks without being able to fix a check engine light and ABS light, even after charging me $2.5k. Do not recommend this business.

I went in for an oil change, the person in front of me they said no charge, then told me almost $200 for the same service. The placed reeked of alcohol ... I will never go back again, and will tell all my friends

2655 main street 14214. I have been a customer for many many years. Jose the Manager is definitely knowledgeable in his field of work. I told him what I thought was what I needed. He did a review of my Jeep and he fixed what was needed. He also recommended some things that I should be aware of and because of his personal and professional experience I had him do what he recommended. Jose and the other mechanics were very professional and took very good care of me and my vehicle.. I am so Happy with the way they treated me. They gave me an excellent Customer service and Experience.

Beware of this company doing any work on your car. Very dishonest by telling you that you need more work done than is needed. I took them to small claims court and was awarded a judgement in my favor. They were given 30 days to pay it and failed to do so. I was forced to file the judgement with Erie County and put a lien on their business for failing to follow the judges order.

Jose was very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in till replace a tire and change one of my bulbs as well as an inspection. Turns out one of the mechanics found out my brake pads were worn out and I didn't even know it. I purchased new brake pads and had then install it. Great service and highly recommend.

Jose and Rich are absolutely wonderful. This is the fastest service with the best cost in town. My muffler fell off right after having my car in the shop at Basil Chevrolet for a week. Everyone I called said I would have to leave my car for a couple days. Valu literally got me in same day and return my car the same day. Even though they were slammed. The squeezed me in when everyone else couldn't even give me an estimated time of when the work could be completed. Then on top of that, they have payment option which came in clutch. I was approved and walked out with my car fix not having to pay anything accept $49.00 down. And my payments are week are 21.96 every Friday on my payday. Look at God! Won't he do it! I thank everyone here at Valu and I will be back.... hopefully not too soon. But you have a loyal customer here. God bless you all!

Scam people, not trustworthy they like to keep coming up with reasons that could be wrong with your car so you can keep paying more and more money never actually found out what was wrong with my car, but wanted to keep fixing stuff and still after I paid so much money they still wanted more money for something else spent close to $3000 left without knowing completely the real problem.

This Valu Auto Care Center was EXCELLENT as it comes to customer service and responsiveness! This was in regards to my SUV needing a fully brand new transmission that was under warranty! Both Rich and Jose were very hands on as it came to the whole process which I really appreciate because I was not familiar with how to go about this.
