Honest mechanics, really good work. Kia dealership told me almost $4k to fix and turned out I only needed an alignment, oil change and inspection for under $250

Unless they give me brand new rims... I'll be working to close this place down You get what you pay for. I have a very nice Pontiac g8. Had it for 2 months. I cleaned the rims so I know there was no damages. Got my tires done now all 4 rims are gouged. They say it's from me hitting a curb or pothole. I have no curbs to park next to and in the country the roads are getting fixed... So where would that happen. Then they say that I can pay for the damages they caused.

The guys behind the counter are helpful, their multi-tasking skills are impressive to say the least. They charged us fairly for 4 brand new tires and they were ready for us as promised. Will definitely come back to Fox Tire for the next set! Thank you!

Something happened at Fox tire within the past couple years. Maybe a change of ownership? A change of management? They are not the company they once were. On Monday 12/15, took my Highlander in for four new tires, also needed some minor repair work and an oil change. They had the car for the day. When I picked it up, I went over the itemized invoice, noted the agreed upon four new GT Adventura tires and install were listed, and the bill in total came to about $1000. I paid and left. When I went to get into my car, I noticed my tire pressure light was on which was odd considering my tires had just been replaced. I went back inside and spoke to a service tech who told me it should go off within five or 10 miles and if it did not, I should call come back and they would reset it. Sure. I drove home, and as I was driving, I noticed I did not feel a difference in my tires. My car was still slipping on the road. I got home, tire pressure light still on, and my rear wheels skidded out on the ice. I got out of my car and looked and noticed they were STILL MY OLD TIRES. No new tires had been installed on my Highlander. I immediately called Fox, they were confused, went and spoke to service, came back to the line and told me "there must've been a miscommunication". I didn't bother asking where the heck they got their earlier response about my tire pressure light from since it was obvious they had lied. They picked up the car Wednesday 12/17, put on the new tires and brought it back to me. On Saturday 12/20, my tire pressure light came on. I called first thing Monday morning 12/22. They said to bring it back in which I did. 45 minutes later, they said it was done and told me it was a tire pressure sensor in my spare tire compartment in the back cargo area - they replaced it for free. Thanks? As I was waiting for my keys, a young woman came in to explain to the guy behind the desk that as she was picking up her car from having repairs done to the tires, she noticed her hubcap was broken. The gentleman went out to take a look, and came back in literally holding 1/2 of a broken hubcap in his hand. He told her he would fix it, but that it would take a couple days to order a new hubcap. She was very gracious, said thank you, and was preparing to leave. A tech came out and asked what was going on, the young man told him, to which the tech rep replied "well, those things are made of cheap plastic anyway you know". I could not believe what I was hearing, the fact that he would even try to justify the fact that a car left in their care had been damaged. That his first response, rather than being an apology, would be an excuse! The fact that it even got to this young woman, that no walk around of her vehicle had been done after the repair had been completed, that no quality check had been completed after the repair had been done, is mind blowing. Apparently, QC has become too much of a burden to manage at Fox recently, as evidenced by my tires and her hubcap. I was then told that I could go get my own car out of the far bay. Which was odd, I've never been told to walk through the active busy functioning repair bays to get my own vehicle. I did it, backed my car out of the narrow bay compartment and left. Not even a quarter of a mile down William, I heard a rattling, glanced in my rearview mirror and saw a sheet of black plastic sticking up out of my rear cargo area. I pulled my car over, opened the hatch, and yep, the back cargo area had not been put back together after they opened it to get to the spare tire. Sheets of plastic flooring and carpet were still strewn about my cargo area. Un-freaking believable. I will not be returning to Fox tire. They cannot be trusted to complete a repair correctly and therefore safely. If there is not attention to detail, then there is not attention to safety. If there is not attention to safety, that means that somebody will eventually get hurt if they have not already. They used to be so reliable, sad.

Great experience and great hospitality. Provided me and my friend a place to pray our Salah while the car was getting worked on. Matt “Shady” Shea, as stated on his card lol, was especially helpful and constantly made sure everything was going well throughout the entire process of being there. Overall, a great experience.

For starters, I am a skilled/experienced mechanic of about 12 years, but no longer professionally. Therefore, I do my own work. But tires since machines aren’t cheap. I’ve been recommended this place a bunch of times by people. I went here once before to get a ‘toe and go’ alignment on a car I just replaced steering on. They were cool and affordable. I brought in 4 new 17” snow tires to get mounted and balanced on my 2007 Lexus ES350. I understand people bringing their own parts (in this case, tires) cuts in to profits and has obvious downsides for the company. But I’ve never had an issue carrying in tires to any shop - especially at a local shop. These guys quoted me $183 PLUS TAX. I was flabbergasted lol. He informed me that they charge more for tires not installed by them. Again, I understand. I firmly but politely said absolutely not and left. The going rate is about $100+tax. This, in many industries is known as an “F you price” - quote high for less profitable or desirable work. The shop looked dead to me - it’s a holiday and the streets are dead. The young man from the counter followed me to my car and asked, “well how much did you want to pay?” Number 1, that’s not a good look and clearly shows he gave me an inflated price. Number 2, I told him I could see paying maybe $5 more per tire but I’ll have the Lexus dealer do it better for less and not give the local shop the business. Quick way to lose trust and business. I get online sales are hurting places. But passing the buck to the working class isn’t the way. Mounting and balancing tires has low overhead in a slow shop. Not NO overhead, but low. Don’t be greedy. Lost trust and a potential customer!

This used to be a great place to do business and my family has used them for tires over the last 25 years but today, I was very disappointed in the service and the prices I was quoted. I did not have the work done here. I called around and Mavis Tire gave me a better deal. I was able to get 4 new tires and an alignment for less than quote at Fox for 4 tires without an alignment.

I have tires on my vehicle that are hard to find and hard to change a lot of businesses do not have the capability to change the old tire for a new tire on my rim which is their first feather in their cap then you add in the wonderful and respectful treatment I had as a customer that a decent lobby and I really did enjoy their bathroom sign and the technician that actually changed the tire for me explained why they needed certain tools in order to do it which I greatly appreciate it 10 out of 10 definitely would recommend this place and I will be returning for any other needs I may have

I found a nail in my tire and stopped in without an appointment. Max got me in right away and they had it fixed quickly. I’ve also been coming here for years to have my winter tires put on and taken off every season, and they’ve always been fast, reliable, and easy to work with. The service is consistently great, which is why I trust them with all my tire needs. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Max! He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect winter tires, making the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. Max clearly knows his stuff—he listened to what I needed, gave great recommendations, and made sure I got high-quality tires at a great value. What impressed me even more was how quickly everything got done. My tires were changed efficiently and right on schedule, with no delays or hassle. The service was professional, friendly, and genuinely customer-focused from start to finish.

Didn’t have the best experience here to be honest, and I’ve been coming to Fox for quite some time. I came to them because the brake power booster needed to be replaced in my vehicle. The check engine light was on and the brakes were super hard to press. They charged me a little over 1k to fix the problem which was fine. The problem: When I went to get my car back from them the check engine light was still on, and the brakes were still hard to press. I went back and forth with the gentleman on the phone who just told me “well we already fixed your issue you’ll have to take it to the dealership” despite my protests that they hadn’t done something right. Sure enough made an appointment to the dealership which took a little bit to get fit in, they run down tests and find out that I WAS RIGHT. Fox tire had damaged my brake boater while installing it leading to the underlying issue. I called Fox back and explained to them what the dealership told me and they’re arguing with me about if my vehicles repairs are under ‘warranty’ or not as if they’re not the ones who messed up the original job I paid them to fix. Had you of just listened to me the first time and double checked your work we wouldn’t be here. Anyways I had to spend another $200 to get the car towed from the dealership and back to Fox, and not to mention all the ubering I had to do from work and home for weeks due to their negligence. And nobody seemed apologetic at all if anything if seemed like the got really defensive being told they jacked up. Definitely will be going to my dealership from now on, as the price is worth getting some basic courtesy or respect cause clearly Fox doesn’t really care as long as they get paid.

My first experience at Fox Tire was great, the staff was very professional and helpful. Brian took a look at my tires first before giving me an estimate and let me know exactly how many tires I needed as well as new lug nuts. I was given 3 different price and tire choices to choose from which was helpful for my budget. The guys were friendly enough to offer me a slice of fresh pizza while I waited on my service. Highly recommend & this will be my go to place for tires!

I love this place. I come here every time I need tires. The staff is friendly and are super knowledgeable about their stuff! I love the affordable payment options they have for the tires and services they provide. Bring a book or some work with you while you wait. Because they do such a great job, the place is busy and you’ll be waiting, but it is WORTH IT. Shout out Fox Tire.

There I was, on my way to the Honda dealership for my inspection and an oil change, when I hit an unavoidable pothole. By the time I got to the dealership, BOTH my two front winter tires were flat. That dealership tried to sell me two new 1k each rims. I rejected the offer and started calling tire places. The first place I called said they couldn't help me but recommended Fox. Admittedly, I didn't call Fox next because they were not very close to where I was at and I was hoping someone close by could help. After about 15 calls where not one place could help, I called Fox. The guy on the phone not only suggested that we try fixing my rims first, but also said that they had the ones I would need to replace them in stock. THESE GUYS ARE THE ONLY ONES AFTER 15 PLACES THAT SUGGESTED FIXING BEFORE REPLACING. I'll come back. They are stand-up guys. They could have taken advantage and made a sale, but they honestly wanted to help first and that means everything. They fit me right in without an appointment and my tires have been fine ever since. THANK YOU SO MUCH, FOX. Seriously, I can't recommend them enough.

We purchased a 2023 Kona with less than 5k miles on it in October and unfortunately dropped a tire at 2am on a Saturday morning from a pothole. Being a nearly new vehicle in excellent condition it was essential to me that I match the same tire and simply couldn't afford a pair brand new installed before Christmas. After 1 physical in person appointment that morning and 6 hours of searching online came up with nothing. Finally someone referred me. One call to fox, they said come on down we got you brother. Dropped off my wheel and just over two hours later last minute on a WEEKEND, I got a call saying I was all set. Incredibly surprised that they were so efficient and working so diligently on a weekend. Wasn't the only surprise. After paying a bill that was not only cheaper but better than the other options I had available, the crew member brought out my wheel and I was shocked to have received THE EXACT TIRE I WAS LOOKING FOR. Not only did they absolutely save my butt in a huge bind, but did it with great customer service, and I actually got a used tire that was nearly brand new. Perfect install was balanced and all sensors work. Seemless transaction and I'm still surprised that one call made a huge list of problems go away. Thanks fox. Side note, the guys working here are solid guys, I was even asked my budget and what was important to me about the tire and the representative took the time to really identify my needs and he met every single one of them. This call will not be a waste of your time, will probably make your day a lot better. Give em a call and I'm willing to venture they will get you out of a bind too.

Their organized system and skilled tire technicians make the experience seamless, which I greatly appreciate since dealing with cars can be stressful enough. Highly recommend them!

I went for an Oil change and for them to check My automatic start/stop system bc the light was on. I knew it wasn’t anything serious bc it came on after I received a jump (brand new 22’) . I was there at 7:30am. Straight from work. They got me right in 8a(that was the only thing done right!). 9a they said it was done. I went to the register to pay. But of course they forgot to check the automatic system. The guy takes the keys and pull back down to the service part. I walked down because I had a bad feeling. He apologized and told me he was going to check BOTH batteries. Under the trunk and under the seat. A few mins later he asked if it was still under warranty bc batteries are expensive. I told him no, but I have the extended warranty. After two hours of them checking the battery, and me standing in the garage freezing while watching 3 different men “check” I finally ask an update. The guy said “ the battery is showing good” I told him ok anything other than the battery I’m taking it to the dealership. He said he had a battery on the way and just wanted to try. I immediately told him absolutely Not. My fiancé was in route . He came and asked what was wrong. The guy said the battery is showing good but it may have a shortage. I automatically said give me my car NOW. I walked down to the tire part to pay for my oil change….. i forgot my wallet in the car. Call my fiancé he walks down to pay. As he’s walking in “ ELI” was on the phone with the service department and said “ DONT GIVE HER THE KEYS SHE DIDNT PAY” my fiancé said I’m here to pay for it 😭 ( Eli had just asked me for my phone number lol). I get my truck and pull off my automatic system light was off system WORKING. And my radio system as updated. They lied in my face and wanted to charge me for SOMETHING that was completely fine. I’m a young female. If I would have went back to the waiting area, I know they would have charged me the $380 he said it would cost for a battery and oil change. I absolutely would not recommend them to anyone. Especially females…..do not go here without a male. And after lying to the male I was with also. I don’t trust them AT ALLLLLL!!!!! Rich and Brian are there names.
