Asked them to tell me what the problem was instead they just touched the brakes and said we fixed your car you owe us $150, then within a week the brakes started giving problems again

I was referred to D4M by Parker Auto Sales LLC. My car does not shift or accelerate like it should. . Josh the mechanic there drove the car and told me there was nothing wrong with the car. I took the car to 3 other mechanics afterward and was told that the transmission is slipping. The transmission control Module is messed up and the transmission fluid needs to be changed. Along with an oil change because the piston in my engine knocks. JOSH decided to attempt to deceive me on behalf of Parker Auto Sales LLC because the dealer knows I’m legally within my 30 days and he doesn’t want to give me my money back or repair the car. Josh is a lying thieving crooked car mechanic. He should be ashamed of himself. These are the repair issues that are needed on my car that JOSH AND PARKER AUTO SALES LLC REFUSES TO ADMIT EXISTED AND REFUSED TO REPAIR

It's good for the hood. Prices are affordable but some of the workers are big flirty. Need to keep it professional. You might get sued or slapped with sexual harassment if you keep it up. Check your employees.

I drive a 2018 Eco sport and my headlights wouldn't come on so I got bulbs and went to D4M on Stanislaus and after 3 different ppl tried to remove old bulb and failed A black young gentleman came out to inform me that they would have to take off my bumper to reach my headlights and that he usually charges 150.00$ but he wouldn't do that to me I can give him 125.00$ 😕 I told him oh no left went on YouTube and found out for my car all you do is remove dust cover then turn bulb counterclockwise and yup it came right out I hate hate hate to talk bad about black businesses I swear I do but I feel like he seen a black women and was gonna take advantage facts and shame on you 😞 despite it all I have bright lights now thanks to hubby who by the way don't work on cars or no much...

I've personally I been messing with these people often for over 10 years. They are reliable, honest and reasonable mechanics there is no hitting fees they tell you what's gotta be done and how much it costs before they even work on your vehicle I would recommend them to anyone

When I purchased a motor, the motor was no good. I took it back, and they went to M&M you pull it and got another one at no extra charge. They fixed it 2 years ago and the car is still running. I give them five stars for their service and skill :-)

STAY AWAY BUNCH OF LYING SCAM ARTISTS!! They told me I needed a new transmission without even inspecting it fully and quoted me around $2500. Took it to different shop and transmission was fine, I just had a bad radiator connection. They are professionals at ripping people off!

This is the absolute worst auto place there is in Buffalo New York they scammed me for a used vehicle when I first got the vehicle. No lights was on in the dash for the first week after the week After the first week, I bring car back to the dealer because the check engine light came back on. They took the car for a few days and told me they couldn’t fix the problem that it had to go to an actual dealer like Chevy then gave me the runaround for two weeks on giving me a loaner and actually getting the car fixed now I’m exactly at my 30 day mark and all of the staff Are in cahoots together they’re all shady and liars. Never got help. Come to find out there is a bad engine in the car and I’m 30 days today and all their cars are like this please don’t rent from them save your time and money go to someone legit . And the owner with the big back claimed that he don’t play with about his cars and it look like he played PlayStation because he gave me a complete bucket and won’t even help fix the problem. Please do not waste your time or money here.
