Terrible experience. While I was standing next to my car, this company booted it and demanded over $80 to remove it. I had just been a customer at one of the businesses in the lot, but because I paid in cash and didn’t have a receipt, they refused to listen or verify anything. The employees were rude and dismissive the entire time. I even tried disputing the charge with my credit card company afterward, but without a receipt the dispute was denied. Booting someone’s car while they are literally standing there—especially someone who just patronized a business—is completely unreasonable. Very unprofessional.

These guys literally just tried to boot an in service AMBULANCE. For parking in a gas station parking lot to walk down the street and pick up lunch. The reviews made our lunch taste better.

Absolutely awful service. Did not answer the phone during business hours. Charged extra for storage overnight after not responding to phone calls, texts, or voicemails during business hours the previous day because he claimed he “does not answer out of state numbers.” I was in town for a funeral. I’m not from here and thus have an out of state area code. Unacceptable to run a business this way. $360 bill to tow my car 10 minutes. Price gouging to the extreme. This should be illegal. Rude attendants and cash only (not even debit cards) allowed for payment. Shady as hell. Do NOT do business here.

This company will scam and extort people by booting your car where their are no signs stating you can't park there. Once you pay your $81 you get NO Receipt. Red Flags
