First time using this shop. Highly recommend it! Went in for inspection and was 100% satisfied with honest communication, safe, family feel to the atmosphere. Very fair pricing and quick wait time. Call and make an appointment with these guys and brighten your day! Brightened mine when the bill was less than Expected and they invited me back for coffee anytime. Thanks guys! The coffee and conversation was amazing!

If that old angry man had given me a chance to speak he would have known that I was not there for an estimate but to get my axle fixed. And by the way they had given me the estimate like I requested again I would have come back to get it fixed. But I was there to get my car fixed not for an estimate. But when you choose to over talk a customer instead of listening you loose business.

I went in to have my AC checked for my single cab Tacoma. I was expecting just to sit around and wait for my truck to be finished like most places, but along the way I noticed the exceptional service and ethical conduct of the people in the shop. While waiting, I witnessed an older gentleman come in for inspection but Joe came out and explained that his vehicle would definitely fail inspection and refused to accept payment for it. I noticed the transparency of communication in general, a trait not seen everywhere. They took care of my truck quickly and were hospitable throughout my stay. 100% will absolutely come back and recommend to friends! Only downside was that the dog was not there on that day...

I've been coming here for my car's needs consistently for at least the last year. The owner is always friendly and helpful. There was even one time when he test drove my car and did a quick fix on my undercarriage free of charge. I'd much rather come here than some big franchise that's going to overcharge and treat me like a money bag rather than a person. Great experience every time I come here, especially if Paws is there. 😊

While traveling I noticed my car started shaking in the front. I'm not from Buffalo but I found these guys online with great reviews. Joe and Giuseppe were really honest and helpful. They told me I had a bad spot on a tire which caused the problem. They could get me new tires but due to the fact that they're not a tire shop, I could get them much cheaper. Basically they said "Go somewhere else and save yourself some money" Honestly they could have told me a bunch of crap and charged me for a new front end. But they're really honest people. So instead they helped me out. They didn't even charge me for a diagnosis. Really good people! Thanks Giuseppe.

I went there a couple of times for a quote. The second time I went there was to get my axle fixed. But I forgot the control arm they gave me a quote for was not fixed. So this guy became upset and told me to take my business elsewhere after I never got a chance to tell him I just wanted the axle fixed. I know the control arm needed to be fixed but I could afford both. I asked for the quote and was told to leave. I left there in tears. Never again especially since he made me feel like garbage. Especially since I planned to get the axle fixed and come back to get the control arm fixed, Patience is a virtue. Perhaps being kind and patient is something they should learn. Ultimate auto lost a good customer who does spend money.

Fantastic service by Joe and his team, extremely caring, great communication & timely accomodation. My water pump failed while on a road trip (700+ miles from home) and Joe's shop was able to fix it quickly for me, while also doing a quality job - he truly cared! Absolutely incredible. My car had a bad ignition coil, he fixed it a few hours after I called, and I picked it up same day, running good as new. Had the problem, he fixed it all same day. Couldn’t recommend more, he’s my new go to. Also didn’t over charge me at all.

Joe and the staff here at Ultimate Auto are fantastic. Quick, honest and affordable. As a woman having to have maintenance done on my vehicle I’ve been in many situations that I have felt taken advantage of. At Ultimate Auto my experience has been the complete opposite, I called and was able to get a next day appointment I was also able to wait while my car was diagnosed and repaired for a very fair price. Thank you Ultimate Auto this is definitely the only Auto Shop I’ll ever go to again.
