Stay away from this shop for any type of auto repairs. They are rip-off artist. They state things that need to be done to repair your auto which are not true when asking more detail info on what the repair is. BEWARE!!!

Honest guys run this shop. Fair prices and quick service. They have contactless drop off and pickup of cars as a COVID-19 precaution.

I always feel like they're giving me the most reasonable options to solve the problems. They are kind and explain what's going on with the car so you can make the right decisions for you.

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I told him to check my engine bedside I had a p2097 code and he changed me the spark plugs and oil change. I picked up the car and the day after the engine light was on, I brought it back, he checked it (2minutes) and told me that everything was fine, then 1 minute after! The engine light came back on with a worse error code, I spent 400$ for nothing, so please don’t waste your money here

Last year had brakes replaced paid a lot and just had to have all 4 brakes replaced again a year later. Only drove 9k miles in the year. Very disappointed with quality of work done for the price I paid.

I’ve been taking my car here for over a year. Every time something seems to go wrong shortly after having it “fixed.” My last visit I had new brake lines put in and not 24 hours later did they start leaking, allowing my brakes to operate dangerously. Mind you it is an old car but the owner, Eric also failed to mention there is a giant hole in the frame of my car, even when he did the inspection. Each time I’ve brought my car here he has put more than two lives in danger allowing us to drive it. Please drive the extra miles to have your car operated on somewhere other than parkside automotive.

I started coming here recently on a few recommendations from a neighborhood site. They are very conveniently located for me, have been very accommodating with even my last minute needs, prices have also been fair. I am completely pleased with the few times I have been there

I do not recommend this place. I paid over $700 to have my brakes & rotors replaced. I needed a replacement on those rotors in less than 2 years (of almost no driving). The rotors were destroyed--Parkside Automotive said they'd replace them for free...if I paid for labor (again, I had paid for them to fix this issue less than two years ago).

I took my car here after my brakes went out. Two days later after the repair, while driving, my brakes went to the floor. Took it to another auto shop and they said the wrong parts were installed for the repair, causing brake fluid to spew from my vehicle.

I’ve been here multiple times for a variety of problems and am always satisfied! I typically speak with Eric and it’s always a pleasant interaction. I was nervous to find a new shop after moving, but am so happy to have found them. I never feel like they are trying to pull one over on me and the return around time is unmatched. 10/10 recommend!

I got my car fixed there. It felt very fair and I didn’t get any predatory vibes. I just moved to area, so I’m happy to have found a garage that I like.

Eric is helpful, informative, and reasonably priced. He hasn't tried to sell me anything I didn't need, and he isn't stingy with a quick look at something. So far, he has done relatively straightforward work on our cars, but with no issues at all over the quality or the price. He does inspections, too.

First time trying them, since they are around the corner from me. Heard good things from neighbors, and they were correct. Got my inspection with belt and pulley repairs, and oil change. It was done quickly and Eric was more than reasonable with the price. I’ll be taking my car there for all my maintenance from now on, and telling more people about them.

Got my car inspected and rear brakes serviced. My car now makes more sound than it did before I brought it here. Told the guy my car is now making more sound since he worked on it, hr told me it's probably my ebrake plate and it needs replacing. How about no. The repair was expensive as hell and my car seems worse than before. I don't think I'll be patronizing this business ever again. Also my winter time squeak is earsplitting after what ever they did to my poor car.

We brought in our car for an inspection, and while it wasn't mentioned when we brought the car in, they recognized the stabilizer linkages needed to be replaced (which I knew about from dealing with replacing tire studs earlier). There weren't any non-essential or fictional issues brought up to inflate the cost, which was really nice. We had them do the work, and even with waiting for parts, it was basically a 24 hour turnaround. We're very happy with how we were treated, and given that they're only about a ten minute walk away from our house, they're likely to be our new go-to mechanic.
