I renewed my brake tag here. The service was fast. My issue was the attendant was very unfriendly and curt, as if I was a problem/annoyance for them, then left a bunch of residue on my windshield from my previous brake tag sticker. Every other brake tag location I've been to takes the time to properly remove the sticker and clean the area.

I do not usually Write reviews.. But in this case I feel that I should. Soft touch car wash is outstanding in every way. It is locally owned and it shows. There is pride in all the work that the employees do with a beautiful attitude. I highly recommend this car wash and it’s excellent employees.my cars come out perfect every time. P. S. The brake tag station is a separate entity. I am speaking of SOFT TOUCH car wash and it’s EXCELLENT, accommodating employees!!!!!

Solid car wash. They have options ranging from quick $10 drive through up to full detailing. I called in the AM to inquire about an interior job as I had just gotten back from the beach and had sand inside. He said I could come on in as it's first come first serve. I wound up going in about an hour later and the man at the register explained all of their options. I went with an interior detail and they did an upgraded wash, so the total was about $80. He said it would be an hour and a half so I walked down to the Bulldog for lunch, and when I came back an hour and a half later my car was ready and clean. I'll definitely be returning here.

I came here for an inspection sticker. The inspector was not friendly in a traditional sense, but they were very efficient and I had a sticker on my car within 5 minutes of arriving. This is an extremely fast and efficient inspection site and I highly recommend if you want to get in and get out. $50 will get you a two year sticker in no time.

Have been coming here for a couple of years now for brake tag/inspection sticker. Relatively quick and painless process. Went today for a new one and the employee performing the check could not have been more UNFRIENDLY if they tried. I get it, it’s summer, it’s hot, and it’s a repetitive job all day, but the lack of customer service or any type of enthusiasm was disappointing. There was little effort to remove the residue left behind from the previous sticker, before applying the new sticker. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they should definitely work on providing a more friendly demeanor and better service to your customers.

I have a monthly membership and it is definitely worth it, especially during these very hot summer months. It cleans my vehicle to my satisfaction. There is also free vacuums you can use prior to get a was. I haven't tried them out yet because I usually go right after work and haven't had a lot of time to use this service.

Typical auto-pay car wash. No pre-scrub or post-dry, no fills. Windshield was covered with bugs going into the $10 wash and was pretty much covered with streaks of the same bugs when I came out. Rest of car was ok.

DO NOT GO THERE! I got the most expensive carwash and it left filth all over my car! I went back to show them and the JERK working there LIED and said it wasn't their fault when the filth is in an obvious pattern left by their brushes! I had only driven home and my car was parked the whole time until I went back to show it to them. Very disrespectful and disreputable business!

I just paid $60 to have my car “detailed”. I may be crazy, but I expected them to take care of the “details” that are hard to take care of without professional cleaning equipment. The photos were taken AFTER having my car was “detailed” by Soft Touch. There were some areas that were not even wiped down or vacuumed AT ALL. I am so disappointed that I paid $60 just to have to come home and clean my car myself. The only reason I gave two stars is because the employees were nice and they took me right away without having an appointment.

We used the Soft Touch Car Wash to get an Orleans Parish brake tag. The service was fast and efficient. We also purchased a car wash while there. The system is mostly automated and we were pleased with the outcome. The staff are efficient but not overly friendly or outgoing.
