He was very gracious about our interrupting his scheduled clients to get our vehicle in quickly and get us on our way. We were camped out in his comfortable waiting area while repairs were done. I was so blown away by my experience here. I desperately needed an oil change, had a day off & called several places, Solid was the only place that could get me in same day. It was extremely quick, and the owner was not only extremely professional but honestly an angel. He gifted me an oil change & wished me happy holidays, an act of tremendous generosity for a complete stranger. I had been having a very rough 24 hours before that and this experience completely changed my day & perspective! Our family was traveling from out of state through the area when we had some car troubles (underside engine/splashguard partially broke and was dragging under the vehicle). I googled "auto shops near me" while we were at the gas station. Solid Auto came up as a mile away. We took our chance and drove on over there. The mechanic said he could help us out. He put our vehicle on the lift and took off the broken shield/guard in minutes. He saved our trip! The shop was very clean and he was very kind. If we lived in the area, we would 100% take all of our vehicles there and would recommend to all our family and friends.
