Went in to have the radiator replaced, mechanic recommended I get it repaired, only to tell me the next day I will have to replace it, that wasn't my problem. Dropped it off on Monday, didn't get the truck until Friday with a 1000.00 labor bill to replace the radiator not to mention ion the $30.00 a gallon coolant. Mind you I'm a local boy

We own a couple of buses, and Tommy and the crew have always treated us fairly with price and timing. They've also gotten us out of a couple of pickles with their on-site services. Would definitely recommend !

These people are not honest or reliable. Worst service ever!! got the run around. passed from one brother to the next. been 3 weeks they ignore my calls. said they don't want to work on it now... and will tow it somewhere else free of charge. well what did they do to it now that it can't run??? if any of you consider these people for repair on your 6.0 Ford truck YOU ARE NOT VERY SMART!!! I DONT LIVE DOWN THERE. I DIDNT KNOW BETTER. I DO NOW AND IM INFORMING ALL OF YOU!! TOMMY IS NOTHING BUT A CON RUNNING A GAME!

Before trying this place I went to at least 2 other places and no one could figure out what was wrong with my freightliner. I brought it to SOS and they were able to figure it out and fix it. They did a great job, I highly recommend them. I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

They’re extremely expensive. I understand road service are not cheap but I got charged over $600 to replace a brake chamber. That’s a crime taking advantage of people desperation. If you need road service on the area shop around a bit.

Awesome team from the service tech to the parts man. Got my motorhome (Class A) diagnosed, repaired, and back on the road in half a day--air dryer and governor needed to be replaced. Recommend.

I called in and was blessed with a very respectful and knowledgeable owner who went out his way to make sure I got back on the road with no extra expenses. There isn't many honest shops out there and I can say this is one them. Thank you for your sincerity and keep up the great work. God bless!

We broke down near by & got towed here. Our drive shaft was bent & u-joints were busted in our 2008 Chevy Express Duramax. The guys at SOS were amazing. Found the problem right away & had our drive shaft re-tubed, replaced our u-joints, hanger bearing & slip yoke in just a few days. They kept us updated & were extremely caring, nice & hospitable. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Con Artist Scammers! Neither Tom or TJ are Certified Diesel Mechanics at SOS. It took them over 5 MONTHS just to get these imposters to hook up a computer to the truck that was sitting in their yard but before they even looked at it Tom was quick to threaten upon our initial discussion that he would file for title for the truck if it wasn't picked up within a week once it was worked on. After month 6 they claimed that it was only bad fuel and stated that they would clean out the tank but NEVER provided an estimate but thrn demanded $1,500. We returned to their shop expeditiously and noticed that the drivers side window had been smashed in upon arrival but just wanted to get away from these dirtbags. We drove about 10 miles down the highway before it Conked out and had to send a Real SOS to a tow truck who charged thousands to bring it to a Verifiable Certified Mechanic who had it running Great within just a few days and has been since. These Frauds didn't do anything to the truck, damaged it and then requested thousands who claimed that they cleaned the fuel tank. We would give negative stars if possible. Just read a few of the reviews of others who have been screwed by them as well.

We were on a cross country trip in our motorhome. Our brake lights and turn signals went out after an incident with our towed vehicle. After trying some auto dealers and other shops (non would even diagnose the issue) we found Chris and John at SOS. We dropped the RV off on a Friday at 2pm and they stayed late and had us all fixed by 9pm. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Do NOT give these people your vehicle. They scammed me. $1100 for a pm service. $147 for a fuel filter, and it was the same filter I came there with, they just wiped off the label!!! $85 for an oil filter & it was old looking and dirty! They charged me for 10 gallons of oil & didn’t even change the oil, my oil was still pitch black!. Charged me for a cab filter, and didn’t change that neither. I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE! Guy was rude! Gave me a look like he was going to kill me when I went to pick up my truck in the truck with a gun! I bet he wanted to, and i was nothing but polite to them! “Yes mam Yes sir! Go to T/A to get any work done. You’ll pay less money & better more promising service! Definitely racist they were mad for no reason! I felt so disappointed people like this still exists. No black or hispanics work here. SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS SCAMMERS!! All them good reviews they have are from people that work there. Go look at the bad ones. To all my fellow truck drivers this is one of them shops! They’ll get over anyway they can. They charged my friend $1300 for a shock and air bag!! DON’T COME HERE! It’s not worth your sanity. I heard they replace good parts with bad parts also. Nice at the beginning, they hid how they really felt about me until it was time to pay! They hated me for no reason. I was so hurt & disappointed bec I really was nice to them

I would give SOS negative stars if I could! I went to SOS because they are local and I needed a PM (Preventive Maintenance) done on my diesel ambulance, the tire fixed (inner dually tire), and to get a quote on an oil leak issue on the upper passenger side of the engine (a common issue on the Ford PowerStrokes of this type). More than two weeks later: They hadn't finished fixing the tire, they did not perform the PM, and really did not give me a quote on the oil leak. I asked for the service notes from the service, to verify what they actually did to the vehicle, they refused to give me them (the owner refused). INSTEAD, for some reason, of doing what they were supposed to do, they were playing with the accessory electrical system (all the lights and sirens) and trying to find the auxiliary air unit: Which they HAD NO IDEA what they were doing and those systems had nothing to do with what I brought the ambulance to them for. They turned on the security idling system, that allows the ambulance to stay running while on a call. If someone tries to hijack the ambulance, it'll turn off. They should have never touched the system, as it's not part of the normal operation of the vehicle. They also, for some unknown reason, cracked into one of the electrical panels, which is in a locked side compartment on the outside of the vehicle (so they went through the trouble of unlocking it), pulled out a bunch of wires, left them flopping around in the compartment, and never replaced the panel cover (to this day, they never gave me back the panel cover), so it's wide open. They charged me for the tire and the PM and would not allow me to take it until I paid for it, even though they did not do the PM and messed up other parts on the ambulance. Two days later, I went to a legit diesel mechanic, who did great work, performed the PM correctly, and fixed the oil leak correctly, within a week. The new place had multiple mechanics inspect the vehicle prior to working on it (after I told them about my experience), to determine if SOS even started the PM: EVERY mechanic said "aside from topping-off the fluids, a PM was NOT performed on your ambulance anytime in the last year!" I asked the new place of they would write an affidavit testifying to this fact, but they were worried about retaliation from SOS. That in itself tells you something! So I just have to chalk it up to lesson learned: Stay FAR FAR FAR away from SOS. They will get what's coming to them, karma will get them. I won't shed a tear when they get shafted. Shameful service, shameful owner, shameful business.

Very shady shop with very little knowledge about semi trucks. Requested Fuel filter change only for Kenworth T680 with Paccar Engine and we got $600 charge. Look at the invoice and the description. Not recommended.
