I walked in for a tire leak repair. Everything was smooth they fix the tire. I walk back to my truck to look at the repair.. surprise! My Rim was scratch its so noticeable specially because its black wheel! I was told they would not repair it or pay for repair. I got a "its an old truck" from the manager I am not paying for anything.. dont come back. This is the response i got. Bad customer service! I wouldnt give them your business!

Edgar is super pro! Two times he took me in super last minute and allowed me to leave the car while I ran some errands... The tires, while used, we're an excellent condition and improved my ride quality significantly. Not to mention that he gave me an awesome deal! He also took the time to double-check all of my wheel balancing to ensure a smooth ride... Literally saving me hundreds of dollars from a shady mechanic down the street. As long as I live in Pilsen, I will only go to this place to get my tires done... thanks again Edgar and I'll see you soon when my wife's Prius needs tires as well

I don't know what I would have done if I didn't find this business. My wife and I were driving on the expressway and there was a accident ahead of us. She eluded the accident but ran over a big screw in the street. Thanks to the app local that my wife told me about on my smart phone I was able to find this business. Customer service were great and friendly. They had my wife car fixed in no time. If you're looking for a tire shop that know how to treat their customer with excellent service I highly recommend this place.

Phenomenal service! I talked to Hector on the phone and described that I was having trouble putting air in one of my rear tires because of a chipped valve and he and his coworkers provided excellent service. Hector found a replacement value, attached it the rear sensor and I was good to go. I previously went to GoodYear and was quoted around $200, but when I went to Soto Tire, Hector only charged me $35 for the replacement valve. I was in and out within the hour. So thankful I found this tire repair store - the people are very friendly and Hector made sure to explain to me all the components of my tire. A big thanks! I'll be back and will be sure to refer you guys to my community! Thanks!

I needed to get some drive tires for my truck I was calling Friday afternoon called some shops around to see who was open on Saturday These guy's hooked me up on Saturday I got a good deal..they even took my old tires and with no charge disposal..Hector is the guy there ..hes got the best deals in town if you need tires. Good price, friendly and they do what needs to be done , as fast as possible! Overall good experience. A+ . Keep in mind that tire work is messy and machinery is use. If you don't want anything touching your rim you will need to go to a high end place that will charge you an eye for a simple tire change.

10/10 recommend for a tire shop. Walked in looking for a used tire to replace mine that had an air bubble pop up. Was in and out in under 30 mins. Price was unbeatable. And the two gentlemen that helped me out were super nice. They even shined the new tire to match my recently detailed car and other shiny tires. I will 100% return for my new tires this fall.

Ive been come to this place for over 7 years. Anytime i'm in need of truck steers, drives car tires they got plenty of new and they got great options for used there prices are on par for a mom and pop operations. This places is busy so that should say enough. Knowledgeable honest people, reasonable prices, good stock, fast turn out.

Soto Tire is the best! I got a flat tire this morning due to a nail, and my usual repair shop quoted $425. I drove over to Soto and they popped off the tire and repaired it within 15 minutes and charged me $20. They're amazingly fast and have extremely fair prices.

I took my truck to Soto Tire for repairs on two tires. The service seemed straightforward at first, but just three days later, one of the tires went completely flat. When I brought it back, they claimed I must have run over something, which is absolutely not true—I hadn't driven anywhere rough or hit any debris. Their workmanship clearly failed, and they refused to take responsibility.
