Replaced the factory stereo system in my 2015 Ram 3500 crew cab truck. The owner (Vijay) and staff (Ismael) were extremely helpful with recommending the right components for my upgrade. Very pleased with the installation and the sound/performance of the system. The installers even went above and beyond to help with replacing another component during the installation.

I'm really sorry for having to post this because the young sales man ( Justin) offers outstanding customer service. The reason I am posting this today is because the person who lacks good customer service is the owner. I have been a customer for about two years now. I don't go in there buying the cheap audio equipment and I've recommended a few people do to Justin's customer service. Today I went in to purchase a radio installation kit which by the way it is sold separately from the manufacture and the owner also had it priced separately but he refused to sell it to me. I have worked in the audio sales business and I would have never done that to a repeat customer. I wouldn't want to loose a sale and a customer over a kit. He was still going to make a 700 dollar profit on the kit I was trying to buy. So, after going back and forth the only thing he offered was to match the price on the radio I had already purchased at a better price from another local store, a store credit on a Brand new item I was trying to exchange, or a 15% restock fee. I returned the item at the 15% restocking fee. I will no longer be giving Sound Connection my money or my buisness.

Bad experience with rude employees. I was trying to get a quote on a camera install and instead of attending me they were more concerned in chatting with other people. I had a previous install with them and I had a bad glitch with their install and didn't guarantee their work. I wouldn't recommend them with their overpriced items and rude employees. Glad I went to another competitor and they were professional and did better.

I am very satisfied with the purchase and installation of my new JL AUDIO sound system installed In my new vehicle. Great value. Bought my 75” Sony from them 9 years ago, it finally died. They install a new 85” Samsung and got my old Marantz surround sound working again. Also added Apple TV. The techs really know their stuff.

Terrible service!!! The owner (vj) very rude and unprofessional, they blew my brand new amp and tried to say it came like that. I had to take my truck back 3 times and wait 2-5 hours each time. I even had to help the installer put my seat in my truck. Stay far far away from this establishment!!!! They are over priced for one. Quality of work is terrible. my amp is currently just dangling there because that’s how they left it. And they will tell you if you have problems they will help you and they do not. Please just avoid the trouble and go somewhere else anywhere else is better than this place. I don’t even write reviews but this is how bad this circus of a “audio shop” is. And he says that I’ve never taken my truck there when after I wrote this Review, he literally begged me to take it off and offered to replace the amp that they blew under their cost after they told me they wouldn’t I have receipts and proof of the days that I went to get a install, but here he is lying just do not go there!!!

The staff I came across was cordial and professional. They helped me find something that was within my budget while still provide the sound I was looking for. They were proactive in notifying me of a speaker that was not gonna fit just right affording me the opportunity to tweak my decision before the install was complete. To top that off, they called me today to remind me there was a refund waiting for me. I had completely forgotten about and I have to say I was impressed with the display of integrity. Give them a visit if you are planning on updating or upgrading your home or car audio.

I came from Austin Texas because Sound Connections has the best prices in all of the state of Texas. I had a Compustar alarm installed on my truck. The install was very professional and done well under the time they told me it would take. The price for the entire system was worth traveling down and I actually saved money even with the gas expense. The owners are extremely friendly and extremely helpful. The walked me through setup and operation of the alarm and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this store for any of your audio/video needs.

I usually do not write reviews but I feel I must after the excellent service we received. I was indecisive on who to go with due to the lack of reviews. But decide to go with them since they did a custom trunk for my mustang a few years ago and I was extremely impressed with their work. So this time, Sound connection installed our home theater & audio, network, tint & surveillance on our home and provided great service with each installation. Eddie is professional and is very knowledgeable when it comes to technology. I trusted his recommendations and I was not disappointed. You’ll be in good hands with him and his crew! I hope this helps someone.
