Today I met with the owner to resolve the issue regarding a negative review I had left. The review stemmed from a poor job done by a technician who is no longer with the company. Historically, this shop has consistently delivered top-notch work, and I was hurt and felt unfairly treated as a repeat customer. In my upset, I didn't give the owner a chance to rectify the situation and unfairly criticized him and the business. I apologize for that and told him so personally. We agreed to move forward. I realized how much I valued my relationship with this shop, and I wanted to make things right. They've done custom work on four of my vehicles, and I missed the friendly atmosphere I always felt there. The tech in question is no longer there ,,starting fresh with these guys have made my day.. and i value their service.. again.. i apologize and look forward to a fine business relationship!

Very unsatisfied with the work done on my front dash speakers. After installation, my left speaker kept going in and out. I took it in and they confirmed hearing the hissing and speaker going in and out. They installed a bass removal device and this fixed the problem... for about a day. The hissing and speaker going in and out persisted. When I brought it in for the 3rd time, the associate was very rude and unsympathetic towards me. He then denied hearing the hissing in the speakers. I will not be returning a 4th time. I recommend not having the gentleman with a long braid in any customer facing situation. He made me feel very unheard and delusional.

Want to thank Travis, Steve, Jose and crew for their help and patience with me. Have used them a few times over the years and have always been very helpful to me. I recently had lights out on my slingshot and wheels and had ordered a wrong item but Steve told me what to order to get job done. Greatly appreciated and happy with my lights on slingshot. Would recommend them for any sound or lighting 💯! We are all human folks and gotta have patience when working with cars especially electrical parts. Whoever works the phone sucks at their job. I called asking simple questions and his attitude sucks he doesn’t even know how to answer questions, I asked “so 80 is for the diagnostics or labor. He replied saying “yes” and I asked yes to what. I definitely don’t want those type of people working on my vehicle.

I had them replace the amp on my 2020 Ram. Another shop installed an amp last year but I started having trouble with it. Travis found that three speakers on each side were wired in parallel which lowered the resistance too much (~1.4 ohms), causing the amp to overheat and “pop”. He added a second amp as well so that all 8 channels are amplified separately. He also put HertZ component speakers in the door and tuned the system. It sounds awesome now and I’m very pleased. I next had them replace the head unit in my 2008 Porsche and add a back up camera. Everything is perfect and it sounds great. Steve and Travis are very friendly and helpful. Prices are also reasonable.

Usually don't do this, but there's too much that went wrong with my car that I can't leave alone. Pics attached below Went to this shop cause their worked looked pretty good on the website and its close by my house. Got a quote for them to do a lot of stuff my car. They did the alarm with remote start, birds eye view cameras, wired up the head unit, swap out the rear door speakers and install an amp under the passenger seat. Big list. I wanted them to do the alarm because i have no experience with that part plus my car was bought in Japan and shipped over here. So it's different from the U.S. models and no diagrams are available. I do give them kudos for installing the alarm on such a difficult car, but now what happened during all of this. They told me a couple days for all the work and I said ok and scheduled an appointment for 10am. I dropped my car off 10am sharp on the scheduled day. So, I let them do their thing and a couple days go by so I called them and they said they were still working on it. So I went up there on the 4th working day of them having my car and nothing had been worked on. It was still all apart the same way i left it. Couple more days go by and then they were running into issues with the camera wires not able to go through the door grommets. So they needed to take the doors off and drill new holes and run the wires. So i said ok that will take time for sure. Long story short they had my car for about a month. They had broke a mirror, replaced it, but its not the same depth perception as the other one so its definitely off looking. My car came back all scratched up and a new big dent in my door. My car had no dents before. The wiring work they did is unacceptable. They just ran all the wiring any way they could make it work. No organization or anything. They had broken both of the plastic tabs on my pillar that connect to the car to stay in place. They loss my memory seat buttons that go on the driver side door. The battery terminal wires were left ziptied together instead of trying to ask to upgrade the terminal so all the extra wires will fit. They cross threaded a couple of under the dash bolts and my seat bolts. They put the amp under the passenger seat and wired it all up but its not even mounted. It just moves freely back and forth. The 2 fuse blocks for the amps are not mounted and just laid dangling in the engine bay. After the month had gone by I wanted my car back because it was taking too long and things were getting messed up and didnt look like it was too much quality in the work so I took my car with out them finishing. They didnt finished installing the tweeters or mid range speakers because I didnt know where i wanted them mounted, but also just wanted my car back. And still paid full price. I didnt take pics of the dent or the fuse blocks. The red circled item was the piece they loss.
