Joven is a great service advisor. This was my second visit to So Bay Lexus with my 2024 LC500. First time had a nail in my tire second trip for my 5000 mile service. I have worked at 9 different automobile dealerships in my lifetime as an auto body manager. Yes I’am old. I know a good dealership and service advisor when I’am taken care off. 100% first class service and dealership highly recommend. Also thanks to the mechanic Joe Parker for taking care of my FINE Ride. My third time South Bay Lexus this time for my 10,000 mile service. Also I had my red brake calipers installed. service experience was smooth. However, this is the second time I noticed that my dashcam wiring was left unplugged after service. I also found that the steering wheel heater setting was left on. While I understand that systems are checked during inspection, I would appreciate it if all wiring and settings could be returned to their original condition before the vehicle is returned to the customer. I hope this feedback helps improve the process.

This was my first visit to South Bay Lexus and I had the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I was impressed with the video inspection that revealed what was needed and the attention to detail was unmatched by previous experiences at OTHER dealerships! My extended warranty covered it all! Just went to South Bay Lexus to get our vehicle serviced for the first time and the team did a really wonderful job taking care of me and family. Our vehicle was purchased at Cerritos Lexus but we live in the South Bay Area and they welcomed us with open arms. Our service writer (Fernando Chavez) was very knowledgeable and the wait time was much quicker than I expected. Overall great customer experience and I am looking forward to continuing going to South Bay Lexus especially working with Fernando Chavez for future services.

Always a top notch experience at South Bay Lexus. Service Department performs thorough inspections and takes appropriate actions after contacting me first with options. The video walkthroughs are a nice touch. Lived in Los Angeles for 26 years, only car service department I trust with my safety and wallet. Still feel like I stole my beloved 2018 ES350 from this dealership back in 2020. Really, I'm not kidding. Best car purchase I've ever made starting when I was 16 growing up in South Carolina in 1968. Great place to do business!!!

Excellent customer service. From calling to schedule an appointment to pick up was fantastic. When I called to schedule my 10,000 she reserved a car for me just in case, which was very convenient since it was 2 days before Thanksgiving and I had lots to do. Brian was my service advisor who explained everything to me before starting the service. Everything went smoothly, no long wait for my rental and pick up was great as well. Brian was very helpful in handling the recall that I was notified about. Professional and service oriented. Brian explained that the problem was a software issue. While there, he did a complete inspection and cap off. Tires were rotated and he arranged transportation while my car was being fixed. He even arranged for my car to be wash. Roberto is a go to person for me. He is the best at explaining operational features and assisting with technological inquiries. She presented my paperwork to sign and they quickly got started.
