This is THE premier shop in and around Augusta. As a matter of fact, I live in Warner Robins and still take my truck and trailer here for repairs. They are efficient, communicative, and can fix anything. I have a Dodge 4500 with a 32 foot oddball medical trailer, and these guys not only fit me in with my hectic schedule, it's always with a "can do" attitude. They are not only friendly and professional, but they absolutely know their stuff. From brakes, to DOT inspections to even fixing the AC in my trailer, they know it all. I will continue using them for as long as I have a truck and trailer.

We had issues with aftertreatment DEF system. Called several people in area most of them tow to shop will check no timeframe. We talked with Ken sorry if I typed name wrong. Dropped truck and trailer at night time first thing in morning called me explained what he going to do and invoice as well. Same day afternoon we get back our truck for only 723$. On 04/17/2025. I was having air leakage that i couldn't find I took it to 2 different shops. No one find the issues. They just charged me for something I didn't need. I called Ken here at Southeast. He had his shop manager Chris look at it. Within 2 minutes of me being there Austin heard the problem and went right to it. When Chris came back from lunch he came and went DIRECTLY to the issue. Showed me the issues and got right on it. Then i had them change a drag arm. They had me in and out ASAP. Friendly as ever and knowledgeable. I just became a customer here

Best experience. Mr.Ken and technician Austin did a great job on my truck. Honest and hardworking. Came in with a bad pinion seal. He gave me a quote over the phone and when the job was finished he charged me an hr less than original quote. They even rinsed of the oil from the back of my truck and air my tires for me. Great shop I definitely recommend them to any one in need of fast service.
