Very helpful with some things the main issue I came in for they did a lot of troubleshootin on. We paid them a lot of money and a tip, and the problem ended up not being resolved. That was a little disappointing And that they didn’t offer some of that money back.

I chose Regency Auto in Augusta to address concerns I had with a Dodge Ram truck of mine that had been recovered from a auto theft, Not being from Georgia I started reading reviews of local auto repair shop's. Turns out It was the best thing I did. Ben from Regency Auto repair went above and beyond to help me as well as his mechanics that were handed a nightmare to try and fix. I had to leave Georgia and the truck has been in their care since. Today Regency Auto helped get the truck loaded for delivery to me across the country. Every person I have spoke to at Regency has been extremely kind and helpful. I can't begin to tell you what it means to me to know I have ppl I can trust when dealing with this kind of matter, im over 1000 miles away. Ben and all of his associates at Regency are just the best ppl you can find. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me and baby sitting a white beast for a month.

Regency Auto of Augusta is the most trustworthy place of business for your auto repairs! Ben help me understand what was needed to get my car running again. A complete diagnostic was done on my car for a very reasonable price. He explained in details what the problem was with my SUV and what was needed . He gave me a timeline of future problems that needed to be taken care of. I appreciate the Regency Auto Repair team for being professional, courteous and knowledgeable from the first phone call to every step of the repair. It was an excellent experience.
