Very helpful staff. She wrote the type of fluid I needed since they didn't have it in stock. I tried two more stores but no transmission fluid stocked for my truck.

The store on peach orchard rd. Has the worst service and the rudest employees. I went in looking for a 16 mm socket and rear windshield wiper blade. I stood waiting for service for 20 minutes because it took 2 of the employees to put a windshield wiper blade on a car. Finally I got up to the counter and the guy looked up my wiper blade and then told me I could go behind the counter and look for the socket myself. I couldn't find the socket so i went back to the counter and the guy was helping somebody else and had erased my order from his computer and told me i had to wait till he was done with the other customers. I turned around to leave and then the girl employee that was ignoring me the whole time rudley yelled "goodbye "! I'll never go back to that store.

I went there to get my battery checked and possibly purchase one, but the young lady at the counter had no idea how to check one, and the gentlemen that was there said today was his first day there and he didn't know where nothing was, and wasn't interested in doing anything, so I had to go to another store to get help. Management shouldn't let that happen.

I buy all my parts from here, really cant beat the prices. They also always have an oil change special that I always utilize. The speed perks loyalty program is really useful as well, offering discounts the more you spend with them.

This is the most disorganized, poorly managed location in the entire CSRA. The manager on duty couldn't care less about customer service and never remove her behind from her stool to assist any of her stressed out looking sales associates. Pick another location if you can and save yourself a headache.

Went in store to get battery and alternator tested. Lady comes in well AFTER ME, she needs a battery. They not only sell her a battery, but removed/installed hers before they even bothered to check mine. And as if that wasn't bad enough.... another guy comes in, needs a battery, buys a battery, and I'll be dam if his didn't get put in before mine. Kudos to the hardest worker in the store,, and THE ONLY guy removing, installing and selling, batteries....but I've been here over an hour.... called ahead to make sure my battery and alternator could be tested before I even went up there. It also turns out the portable battery and alternator testers are broken!!!

Not enough is said about the helpful and FREE diagnostic checks they give customers. Mr. Simmons, a military veteran is the perfect example of what customer service should look like.

Bought some seat covers because they were going for a good price. when I realized they did not fit I tried to return them, however, the manager stated that I could not. The reason was that I cant return something that was on clearance, this was not post anywhere for my reading. I told the manager, some hefty woman, that i did not see that posted anywhere for me to know about this policy. She then scoffed and turned her back and walked away. I used go here often but will no longer use this store due to the rude and disrespectful nature these people have. Looks like I will take all my business to their main competitor, Oh Oh Oh O'Reilly.

Thoroughly disappointed. i’ve been coming to this store for almost 25 years. I arrived to disposable oil. I was told that there was a customer in the storefront that she needed to take care of first. The customer apparently was unsure of what they needed and the employee help decided to help neither of us so I left. Terrible customer service. don’t worry, O’Reillys hook me up.

Bought a wrench tailored specifically for towing from the towing aisle. I eyeballed it prior to purchasing and it looked like it would fit. I go to my vehicle to tighten the nut and notice the slightly rounded interior edges prevent the wrench from properly seating. I go to return the wrench and am told I can't return the wrench due to a "no return on tools" policy. That blows my mind. The tool still has the label and wrapper around it. I didn't even get the chance to use it because it was poorly crafted. I was told no exceptions. Advance Auto Parts competitors have friendlier policies towards returning things which don't work or end up being the wrong size. I will shop for auto parts with these competitors from this point forward. I encourage everyone else who reads this review to do the same.

Service is always courteous, but they could really use a "3rd" attendant behind the counter. Seems like with most locations, customers with items already selected for purchase have the longest wait times, due to "everyone else's issues..." Never expect fast checkouts, unfortunately.

Went to this advance auto to buy a new battery. Whomever the employee is that's named Shannon has either a terrible attitude or just a nasty disposition. Seemed like she didn't want to be bothered. I asked to see the battery then I asked if the battery was the same for all engine sizes for a 2020 Ford explorer. Her attitude just made me politely leave. As I was about to spend 400 dollars or more because I needed other items too. But with that attitude, I won't be spending my money there. Do not deal with Shannon at this store. And as a black man, I was very polite. I spoke with a smile and greeted her as I walked up to the counter. Never again.
