My husband takes care of his vehicle and takes pride in its upkeep. We just recently moved to Vegas and have been having trouble finding a “good” hand car wash that does and impeccable job and THIS. IS. IT. PHIL is excellent! He treats our car like it’s his own.

Came in to get the $4.99 exterior only special. Wow, I can't even complain. The gentleman hand washed my vehicle for 5-6 minutes before going thru the tunnel. Literally amazed, never seen any type of car wash do this before. With the exterior wash you also get a hand dry which is a plus. The guy who hand dried my car helped me out of my truck and told me where I needed to pay. I will definitely be back. The results on my truck looked amazing. I will be back to try a full-size wash when I have a little more money on me

Just left this place and instantly regretted paying 30 bucks for an interior/exterior wash. They did virtually nothing to the inside. The vacuum job was terrible. They didn’t wipe obvious parts of the interior that should be cleaned. I’ve gotten better car washes from teenagers then I did here and all of the people working there were older adults. Try hiring more efficient workers. Never giving these people my money smfh.

Absolutely DO NOT COME HERE! Drive thru car wash broke our side mirror and they won't compensate us. Absolute worst and I don't know why they are still in business with all of the terrible reviews and experiences.

got my car wash here once: pros: they did AMAZING, UNBELIEVELY FANTASTIC job of cleaning the car! You can tell they paid attention to detail. I got like the $35/40ish cleaning and my car looked really really good especially on the inside. I was very pleased reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the wait to get the car did seem to be a while. got the feeling they might have been backed up a bit. probably waited about 60 minutes, and my guess is about 20/25ish minutes was spent cleaning my car. the quality and service of the car cleaning itself though 10/10 in my experience.

The man came to my window without a smile on his face or a greeting. I knew enough to tell him which car wash I wanted. With no acknowledgment he turned around made a printout from his machine put it on my dashboard and motioned to close my side view mirror. I didn't understand what he was saying and he gave me a dirty look and turned around and walked into the car wash bay. Needless to say I left. When I called and shared this with the manager Beth she said that they have lots of positive reviews. When I go through Google reviews I see more negative than I do positive over the past year.

This place use to be great. It appears that they are lacking on maintenance of equipment. Parts of the washing process don't work properly. The soap/wax isn't evenly distributed. Hand dry details are not as thorough as they use to be.

The exterior of my car looks good and the vacuuming done on the interior is great but for some reason, they just can’t figure out how to wipe down the dash area. This was my second time using them and both times all the plastic was still dirty except for a few spots.

Sparkle Carwash. Can you train your guys to properly clean a car? $20 is also not cheap. I brought my car today to get clean, I checked the trunk it wasnt even vacuum because I didnt pay higher price? Come on? Just for a vacuum, you didnt include that for the fee? Interior chairs still have marks. Windows also the water stain still there. One of your guy said they just have to do quick wipe? I dont even think he wipes them? Do your cleaning service better. Its so disappointing!

This is the quality of car wash you get at this place, then when I went and got the manager instead of listening, and trying to understand my frustration, she instead gets an attitude. You’d be better off running your car through a gas station car wash and come to this piece of crap place.

Horrible car wash. Please take your car somewhere else. After over an hour wait for a hand car wash this is what I’m left with. It’s covered in dried soap and dirt still. They just raised their prices too, they should have lowered them for this disgrace of a car wash. The staff the most unfriendly and welcoming people I’ve experienced at any car wash as well. Stay away!

Do yourself a favor! Do not go here! For the last three years I only get exterior basic wash. Today I pay for interior and exterior wash. What a waste of money? My whole dashboard still have dust on it. I told the guy I paid for exterior and interior why am I not getting inside cleaning? The dust of my dashboard! The manager told me I paid for the basic package of interior and exterior. I am so confused? Is that mean I don’t get the dust wipe off my dashboard? I don’t expect a lot for The Blue Chip package but I do expect to wipe down the dust on my dashboard and the water spots inside of my car. This comment coming from the manager which is more upsetting to me than if it is coming from the cleaner.

If you want to get ripped off come to Sparkle car wash ! First I got ripped off at the cash register and couldn’t tell right away because the receipt wasn’t readable. Second the worker who was cleaning and vacuuming my car did a horrendous job . Thirdly when I complained to the manager he got mouthy with me and had alot of excuses for my bad experience.

Came here to get a hand wash and wax. My car was still dirty and scratched upon pick up. The inside was also dirty with hand prints on my ceiling. My rims are damaged from the chemicals burning them. I brought it to the attention of the employee that washed my car, Ramon, and he started yelling at me and made me feel completely degraded. He wouldn’t let me speak of my concerns and just kept yelling every time I would say something. Idk what Ramon has going on here but he told me $60 or $100 if I pay inside. Should have realized it was a crooked deal. I didn’t pay anything this time. Ramon looked at my boyfriend and said sorry he had to deal with me as if I’m a problem, completely unprofessional as he explained they have been in business over 20 years and will deny any damage or claim. I pay a lot of money for my car and was calmly trying to explain my concern and walked away crying feeling horrible. This is the second time I have brought my car here and both times it was damaged. My boyfriend referred me here so I was more trusting than I should have been. If you want quality work and a place that respects your property, I wouldn’t come here. Pictures attached. Side note: the tint place attached to them is amazing and should move to ensure they don’t lose business being next to a shady place like Sparkle Car Wash.

I checked the website & the sign when I pulled up-Sparkle already owed me a car wash due to one of the workers using grease or something oily on my car. I get there ON A SUNDAY AT 4pm and the worker tells me they are closed!! Thank about FALSE ADVERTISING!! I still want my free car wash since I paid $45 initially for my car wash!! And you take the receipt when you give the car back BUT YOU guys KNOW YOU OWE ME.

I normally ignore 1 star reviews because I feel like most people do it upset , and when people are happy they dont leave a review. But the interior clean was 140$ and they missed 5 spots. Seems like they just clean whats dirty, and dont have a process to check the entire vehicle. They are good for exterior car washes , my based on every other review, interior is not the move.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! I paid $70 for a hand wash and interior clean. First the guy that’s helps you select your service needs is by far the rudest person I have experienced in customer service. I was told to come back in a hour upon arrival my black truck was covered in streaks windows paint and all, my wheels were still covered in dirt. I brought it up to the manager she agreed it was a bad job but no refund just a re wash and I could come back another day at my convenience I came back a week later they told me one hour I came back and they didn’t even touch my truck told me they were busy. I got in my truck and left. The sad part I tipped the detailer $30 and asked him to please do a good job ( ha ha) saw me coming. This was my first time using this place. I will not return I’m out $100 for the worst Carwash’s experience in my life. Please read the reviews I’m not alone this place is complete trash
