This is the best car wash in Danbury. The men and women working here really take the time to clean your car to their best ability. They’re all very hard workers and for that I like to tip generously especially because it’s physical labor in extremely cold and hot conditions. My car always comes out looking brand new!! 10/10 recommend this place and their prices are very good as well. On Tuesday is ladies day and they give you $3 off your car wash 😄

Spent hours in the line and paid $40 dollars for my shit to still be dirty. Tried to gaslight myself into thinking maybe I left to early and they didn't finish, but no it was just poorly done.

Last time I'm going to this place, they used to have a good crew. Quality is way down for a $50 car wash. Vacuuming service was the worst, their worker even showed me that the vaccum wasn't pulling. I had them re-vaccum and wipe down the interior a second time, I left and there were still issues. Attached is a picture of my steering wheel and part of my dash and back seat floor, to give you an idea. AVOID THIS PLACE! I also just noticed they did not wipe down my rear seats. I'm so disappointed. Exterior is not too bad, they just suck on cleaning the wheels.

I paid over 40 bucks for the gold package. My mats were not cleaned well at all and every door interior was not touched, im talking simple water stains weren't wiped down. This was probably the worst car wash I ever received in Danbury. When I got in my car I got so upset and was debating if I should say something and have them clean it correctly or leave, I decided to leave because I was too angry at the horrible job they did.

Wanted to do something nice for my wife so searched for a car wash while in Danbury. Sparklez had the highest rating but it wasn’t perfect so I wasn’t sure what to expect. What I got exceeded all expectations. The car is the one all the kids get ferried around in so it was pretty dirty. I got the “full service” option - $20 for an inside and out clean. There must have been 8 different people who had something to do with cleaning my car. They work incredibly well as a team and are thorough, fast and efficient. I couldn’t wait to show my wife the end result!

When you just need to wash the outside of your car you need to wait for other car in front of you who request interior to be vacuum ,carpet clean,... not the best set up. My car was clean. But don't know for the other in front they rush the inside cleaning.

I used to get my cars cleaned here all the time, always great work. Lately I haven’t been here as often, and after the job done today I probably won’t return. I understand it’s busy and cold, but for $40 this was not it.

I had to practically stop them from cleaning the car. I got a supreme car wash, very thorough and attention to detail. Only thing is that they don’t inform you if the process, and so I kept looking at my car after it came from the wash wondering what is next , I was patient and eventually they pulled into another section for the inside cleaning portion. If getting the supreme look to dedicate an hour, they really take time to clean it thoroughly.

Terrible! They scratched all the windows of my car, didn’t clean any of the foggy spots, and the inside was left dirty. I paid for the full wash, the most expensive one, and the service was still awful. Terrible customer service — no one solves anything. 👎🏼 A complete disgrace. I’ve washed my car there before, and those scratches were never there. I know my car, and I know when something is wrong. Just like all the stained windows, the inside of the car wasn’t cleaned with the usual product — everything was marked and full of dust. This wasn’t the first time; I’ve even had to insist before that they vacuum between the seats, because it wasn’t being done. I paid $65 for the wash, as I always do, the most expensive option, specifically because I wanted my car fully cleaned. If it were to stay in the condition it was left in, I would have paid $20 or $40 instead. That money was simply wasted, because the car was poorly cleaned everywhere and now has scratches it did not have before. Thank you for the disregard. And don’t worry, I won’t be returning. Paying $65 for a service is not cheap just to end up with damage and bad work.

This place is awful. I waited for hours just to get my car washed, with no way to leave once you’re in line—the only exit is through the car wash machines. The management is extremely poor. When there’s only one worker handling both interior and exterior cleaning, everything becomes chaotic. One line moves painfully slowly while everyone else is forced to wait an unreasonable amount of time. There is no organization, no efficiency, and no respect for customers’ time. I would not recommend this place.
