Normally I'd give 5 stars for customer service. I go out of my way to go there because it's privately owned & friendly. I probably average over $200 bucks a week in purchases there. Won't be able to do that anymore - I will not go where the mask mandate is not being observed. To bad really. (10490 S. Decatur 89141)

Wow your corner store for every thing for real. Including weed pills and more. Workers smoking weed in the back selling pills out of the store and workers so unprofessional. Don't send yr kids in that store you never know what they may come out with. How about drug test and more professional workers.

Not your kind of humor TV
So I went her today. Like I do most days to get a fountain drinks and snacks for the kiddos. The cashier was just flat out rude. I asked her to do $5 on one card and the rest on a different credit card. She couldn’t figure out how to do it. Uhmm okay. My credit card had a crack in it from where my toddler tried bending it in half. I put a small piece of tape on it so it’d be easier to swipe. The cashier broke it all the way in half in her palm while beginning to swipe it. and said “sorry it won’t work”. Well no kidding, you just broke it. Mind you, I’ve been using this card for well over 8 months with no issues. So she couldn’t split payment like I asked, she broke my card, and now I’ll have to wait 7-10 business days to get it replaced. The reason I haven’t gotten it fixed yet is because of the wait time. She was rude and making faces the whole transaction, while rolling her eyes. I ended up leaving and going to a different gas station. They figured out how to swipe it even with it broken in half. Must have been magic. Lol. I won’t be returning to this gas station. Horrible customer service. If you don’t like your job, don’t take it out on a customer who did nothing to you.

This is about LUCY who was being unreasonable. I have a bad back and was doing my husband a favor by purchasing a case of beer for him. Because I can't lift it, I asked my daughter to carry it for me. Lucy refused to sell it to me despite letting her know this. I have never had a problem with other establishments. This WAS our go to gas station but not as long as LUCY is here. And when I asked her for her name, she was like it's Lucy and my boss' name is Chris. I didn't ask. So Chris, if you are reading this... just an FYI she throws out your name when she creates issues she can't back

Went here to buy a lighter and the cashier was NOT wearing a mask. Instead she had a face shield that read "Masked by faith" A face is NOT a replacement for a mask. I would also like to know if she's vaccinated or not since companies are required to have all of their employees vaccinated? Anyways she's probably doing us all a favor since she looked about 40 or 50 years old and would probably die if she caught Covid

The store manager at this location was so rude. First, when I asked for the breakfast items. She brought them out and rushed me for a decision. I made up my mind quick. Then when I was about to pay, she was rushing me to do that also. Like give me one minute. I should got her name but I didn't. Terrible customer service, I won't be coming back.

Bald guy behind the counter is so rude. I tried getting change and he made it so weird for no reason. I bought drinks and wanted $5 change so I asked nicely and assumed he gave me what I asked. I left the store and saw that he didn’t give me any of my 1 dollar bills so I went back. He was very angry about asking for change and said “I can’t be opening this cash register 80 times a day so I can’t you give change” as he proceeded to give me change in an aggressive way. When I left the store he walked out behind me and stared me down while my family and I got a gallon of water in front of the store. This man has issues and is racial profiling at this point because he didn’t act like that with the white man before me.

I go to Speedees pretty much every day. Best convenience store in town. Jerome, who has been at this location, Southern Highlands and Cactus, since what seems forever is the best! Over time, we became good friends with him. So it's always nice to go there and visit with him, if they're not busy of course. I highly recommend this particular convenience store, not only because it's nearby, but because of Jerome's helpfulness and kindness.

I’ve been coming to this store for 11 years normally I love this store. I’m not sure who the new girl is but I went in twice last week the first time she was in the bathroom smoking marijuana. The second time I went in the whole store reeked of marijuana and I guess she was so stoned she couldn’t understand what I was asking for. I’m aware marijuana is legal in Nevada however employees should not be smoking on the job especially in the store itself. Is this something new that the company has allowed ? If this is a new rule I won’t be shopping here anymore

I Love this particular Speedee Mart because of its employees, not just because it’s close to home. There is another convenience store across the street, but This location has the BEST Employees! Bill always makes me smile and Evy is the sweetest! I haven’t gotten all the names, but every single employee has been friendly and helpful! Have to say, Bill is THE REASON I come to Speedee! He is funny and always greets me! I do highly recommend engaging in conversation with him because he Will make you smile and chuckle!

Beware!!! Cashiers here overcharge and steal your money. 3 days ago at about 11 am, I was buying zyn pouches with the deal they had displayed at $3.49 each if you buy 5. First he tried to overcharge me at $27.50, I told that can't be right? Then a female employee came and still overcharged me at $19.95, it's supposed to be $17.45. She didn't even give me the receipt, they most probably pocketed the whole amount, I called them 30 minutes later and it was lies after lies with horrendous attitude and hanging up on me 4 times. Hopefully the owner will look at the video and take proper action.
