So I just got done with having my oil and transmission fluid changed only they couldn't get the filter changed due to it being stuck so they just changed the oil knowing I still had to go to another speedee to have the filter changed which is obviously more money. They said they took in total $50 dollars off both services. But my total was still $276 and that's with $50 off. The coffee road speedee said if it was them I would have only been charged $149 for the transmission flush and then $94 for the oil change. So what's the deal with the huge difference in price and bad service???? I won't be going back.

Came to get air in my tire and the guy actually managed to take air out instead of in and told me to go to the tire shop and my car went from just low psi to a dam near flat tire 😂😂

Currently sitting in the waiting area to get my oil changed. I had called in before coming in and the front desk girl is honestly a blessing for this location. She explained everything in detail, didn’t push to over sell me and had great customer service. When I arrived, the oil tech was very polite as well, had excellent knowledge of products and services and also did not push to over sell. It’s my first time here and they even gave me a first time customer $10 off coupon. They offered me a complimentary coffee while waiting, and they actually had something worth watching on tv (dude perfect) lol. As of now its definitely 10/10, I’ll revise at the end of my visit if needed. 👍🏼

Open on Sundays! Nice. Go early though, can get busy. If they say you have a dirty air filter, and you have a smidge of mechanical ability, buy your own. Mark up on parts is big.

This place is a scam you pay to get service and they did not do and they miss handle my car when they took out the air filter and then they shove it back in when I did it buy a air filter and broke the console where it goes in. They didn’t even do my oil change. I went to VALVOLINE to get my oil change and they took out over 12 QT of oil from my car and said it was a miracle that my engine didn’t blow up to mind you I drive a van. My kids could’ve been in there with me so disappointing to know that you go get service and you pay for it and they don’t do anything to your car.

The booking done online does not tell them what the customer is having done. As a result, they scheduled me for 11am when they know they have one mechanic who will not be able to complete the work scheduled without stopping in the middle to go to lunch. The kids who work there are very nice & they apologized but I won’t be coming back.

Took my car here for an oil change and tgey said i had a leak. Recommended i get it fixed so i did. Go to get my oil changed almost a year later at my dealership and they say i still have the leak. Frauds.

David was amazing! He went over every detail regarding what my car was due for and what he recommended. I appreciate his honesty. I’ve trusted Speedy’s for years! This is my second vehicle that I now take to them. I’ve gone to the dealerships and had nothing but problems. I highly recommend speedy oil change on hatch rd. Today I got a synthetic oil change, oil filter, two step fluid system cleaning, spark plug change, brake fluid flush, and he finished it off with a new battery for my key. My car is back alive!
