Overall dirty. Car wash is never open and won't give refunds on car wash purchases even when they said the car wash was open, but it wasn't. No windshield scrubbing fluid by the pumps

I prefer Speedway. It has handicap parking and is handicap accessible, no seating inside or out. The employees are all nice. There's a car wash.

There should always be at least 2 registers running from 6am to 10pm every day. It shouldn't be 10 mins for an average wait time. There is usually at least 5 people in line and 1 register open otherwise I would give it 5 stars!

Everything was literally closed tonight 5/22/21 but speedway...I work late, door was locked. Employee tried to unlock door, got mad bc she thought I was pulling the door.... continued to be upset clearly with me. I apologize for giving you my business if that's the case lol...I get it's 3am but that doesn't give you the right to be completely unprofessional. You chose the shift, you got to deal with constant people coming in wanting stuff lol or jus don't work here anymore if you get that upset. :)

Avoid this Speedway like the plague. I was here a few days ago, on July 30th in the early evening, visiting my folks from out of town. I went in to buy a pack of cigarettes (– somehow I smoke more in South Bend, it's weird). I was paying the sales associate, when the manager stuck his head out from behind some corner and barked "I'm going to have to see some ID." I didn't happen to have any on me, because I had left it with my travel documents at home. I should also mention that I'm around my mid-30s and most people outside of urban areas might read me as practicing an "alternative lifestyle." I also don't look like I'm under 18 – or, for that matter, 30 – to any reasonable person. Suffice it to say, I was definitely sensing some bitter subtext coming from the manager. So, anyway, I asked the person in back of me in the line if he'd buy them, but he said he wouldn't do so on principle and then I asked the other guy in line whether he'd complete the transaction for me. At that point, the manager told me that he was going to call the police and have me charged with "trespassing" for "harassing his customers." Keep in mind that the span of time between the refusal to complete the transaction and my two attempts to find an alternative that would save me a fifteen minute drive to another gas station was less than a minute with even the most generous accounting. It may have been a bit naive to think that I might find some understanding at such a busy and impersonal private business as this Speedway, but I certainly didn't deserve to be threatened with a misdemeanor charge on my unblemished record for just trying to buy something.

It's a good Speedway. The parking lot layout is a little unfortunate. This place is pretty busy and it's kind of awkward to navigate the small parking lot when there's a lot of cars there. Regardless, it's got all the coffees and frozen drinks you would expect from a Speedway, and my service has been reasonably nice every time.

This place is the worst. The pumps card readers are broken more than they work but you only find out after trying to use them. My record is going to 5 different pumps until one worked. I hate this is the most convenient gas station near me. The speedway down the street is mostly ok but more out of the way for me.

Need to have a great big 0!!! Standing in line one dude sees the line he keeps walking away. Then finally get to check out told other dude working $20 in has and 2 liter of pop. As he is WATCHING football on his phone asking 3 times what else which pump and 5 minutes and 38 seconds later I got my change. Yes I timed it!! Need to rescan some employees

Manager refused to appropriately handle a situation that his staff created by putting money on the wrong pump and acting like customer was in the wrong by refusing to fix the problem. Told the costumer that it wasn’t his problem that they lost money by going to his station to get gas and that they were just out of luck. A complaint was made to corporate.

BUYER BEWARE: False Advertising -This location appears to be engaged in the practice of defrauding customers by charging more than the posted price. Posted price for regular unleaded gasoline was $2.799. I was charged $2.949 (after using up a $0.05/ gallon loyalty discount). When brought to the cashier's attention they declined to do anything about it. This has happened to me before at this location, so it does not appear to be a one-off. Pump here at your own risk, and check your receipts for discrepancies.

Everytime I come in here to use my coupon they seem to not be able to scan it and I lose my coupons. I lost them 3 times already cuz of them. They need to figure out another way cuz its not my fault they dont know how to get it to work so why should i lose my coupon and than I go there today and they already raised the cigarettes $2 dollars tax and thats not supposed to be until tomorrow July 1st so how the hell do they get to raise tax on cigarettes a day early today aint July 1st

Don't go to this gas station. They take money from your debit card and then say it's processing and they won't give you your gas or your money back. My debit card was charged and my money was gone, it even said approved on my end when I inserted the card however, on the cashier side he said it was still processing. He would not even give me proof that anything had occurred. They are straight up thieves.
