Came here for tire work. Asked for new valve stems. Come to find out a yr later they installed a leaky valve stem and why I kept having blown tires. Cheaper isn't always better

Do not recommend. My car ran for 3 days after they “fixed” it. Same issue occurred. Had someone else check it out and found out they did not complete the repair! Money waisted.

Amazing service! We were from out of town and had a flat tire at a pizza place in south bend. The owner came out and changed the tire for us and put a spare tire on our car. We had to travel 3 hours to indianapolis at 11pm. We were able to buy a tire at a local Walmart and the owner opened up the shop at midnight and changed the tire. He didn't even charge us more then his regular charge that late at night. What a genuine guy. If i was local this would be the place where I would get my car serviced.

I had my breaks and rotors changed on my ford f150 front. They charged me 430 dollars to do the work which included one new caliper. My brakes were making a bad noise after picking up my truck. I too it to another shop to see what was wrong. Westend put my brake pads on backwards! Damaging my new pads and rotors. Putting the pads on wrong makes me afraid to take the truck back there. Beware of this place. You have been warned.

They didn't tell me that they were taking my car to another place. That when I asked where they wouldn't tell me the address or phone number. The quote for putting a $30 flange and 4 bolts was $450.00 !!? Not very trustworthy and I wouldn't recommend this business.

1 and 2 weeks ago purchased a tire for my car. Paid $25 went in today at 11 o'clock. Just one mechanic and they're working on something to buy a second tire for my car and was told for the same tire. I just paid $25 for it would be $45. So my question is, did the young man that mounted my tire stick $,25 in his pocket, or was the toothless myth head looking guy working on something trying to make 20 bucks. For his lunch, I would never go back to west side. Auto or use PJ Jones services again. They are ripping people off. Find someplace else to shop.That's not a good place.Do better p j

What kind of repair place is this? They repair your car, give you no paperwork showing the cost of repairs, the labor etc. You leave with your car and the same issue happens again, they say they want to make it right so they take your car back into the shop to fix it again only they charge you for the repair they already did the first time, you leave and your car breaks down again with the SAME issue that was suppose to be fixed. Either they are self taught mechanics or just scam artists. Either way red flags from the beginning!! This is NOT ok. You’re going to be reported, stopped from taking advantage of another person in any way possible when it’s all said and done. It’s just a bunch of clowns trying to run a shop

Took my car here to get detailed and I am extremely impressed with how amazing of a job they did. I do a really job cleaning myself but they did a better job than I could ever do.
